How do I sync my Iphone 4S Safari bookmarks to my iCloud account or a Windows7 laptop????

Hi,
Can someone let me know how to sync my Iphone Safari Bookmarks to my iCloud account or to my Windows7 laptop. Have been tring since long time in several ways, but couldnt find any source or a way to do it. And moreover my notes in Ihone are not getting synced with the iCloud. The remaining contacts, mails and calenders have no sync issues. All I have problem is with the bookmarks and notes.

An iCloud email account is an IMAP account. With an IMAP account, all server stored mailboxes are kept synchronized with the server with each email client used to access the account. I can't use icloud to sync my iPhone or iPad. The iCloud backup works but when I check out the Itunes Wi-Fi sync on the phone it keeps listing that sync will resume when my old mobileme username is available. My iCloud username is an different email address an the same one I use for my itunes account.
I can still sync using iTunes and the USB connection and then the date and time on my phone is correct.
How can I fix this problem?

there are a load of suggestions in itune - this is not an icloud issue as wifi sync is seperate
many people have found success by restarting the applemobiledevices process and opening some ports on the firewall - all detailed under itunes support

Before iOS 7 and Mavericks, we were able to share Safari bookmarks between all of our devices. My wife had the primary iCloud account which was setup to share bookmarks, contacts, calendars and reminders. A secondary iCloud account was setup on my phone for only my email. Each phone had our private email accounts segregated and we shared all the bookmarks, contacts, calendars and reminders. When I saved a bookmark on my phone, I could see it later on our iMac or iPad. Now only my wife can sync bookmarks between her phone and the iMac or iPad. This *****!! This worked beautifully before we upgraded to the latest versions of OS & iOS. Is there a work around or a new way to set things up? I don't want to be stuck reading Safari on my phone when I have a 24" iMac sitting in the living room. I don't want to see all of my wife's email on my phone either. Do we need three iCloud accounts now? One main for sharing and two separate accounts for only email? Need help! Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for the reply. That's how I set it up originally. Although the new iOS 7 update lost some functionality. I found the following on the TUAW website. The Safari Bookmarks and Find My Phone options have been removed from the secondary iCloud accounts options. This is the problem. Everything worked great before we updated. I guess "new way" consolidates the iCloud accounts better with Maverick? Now I will have extra documents on my phone that I don't need. We will both have to share the same iCloud storage and backup space too. Have to try it out and see how it works. Thanks.

I have several company Iphones and Ipads that have been returned to me with Icloud accounts associated to them. The users did not use the corporate email address but rather a personal email address, so I do not have the passwords on these accounts. How do I do a factory default so I can re-iussue these to new users without the icloud password?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
The issue you're describing is a security feature called Activation Lock. Without the Apple ID password of the account, you will not be able to erase and restore the devices.

You cannot. Copy everything you want form the old computer to the new one, then sync it.

Correct Iphone will sync, or manually manage, with one and only one computer/library at a time. Syncing, or manually managing, to another will indeed erase the current content.

What can happen is that you might have emptied your iTunes library for any reason such as a system restore
If this is the case, you first need to Import iPhone library to iTunes and then, you'll be able to sync your iPhone with iTunes with no problem

The same way you would sync with any other version of iTunes.
Connect the device.
Select the device.
Select Sync.
In the new version of iTunes, the sidebar is disabled by default. With a device connected, it will be listed in the upper right hand corner.
If you want the side bar back, type Cntrl + S.

Requirements for iPhone 5:
Syncing with iTunes on a Mac or PC requires:
Mac: OS X v10.6.8 or later
PC: Windows 7; Windows Vista; or Windows XP Home or Professional with Service Pack 3 or later
iTunes 10.7 or later
The highest version of iTunes you can install is 10.6.3 which will not sync with the iPhone 5.
