i think i might have a solution... i have windows vista and after i installed to latest itunes update everytime i tried to open it it would freeze. I tried everything, including uninstalling itunes and all of its components and reinstalled it numerous times. So i went to the itunes folder in my folders, not on itunes, and i deleted my itunes library and playlists. After that it worked just fine, all of my music was deleted but luckily i had my files saved elsewhere.
I hope this helped! I know its frustrating and APPLE/ITUNES NEED TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

I have to sync my iphone 4 with my new laptop as the old one broke. How do I do this without losing all my pictures, music, contacts & things purchased form the itunes store?
It seems really silly that everything gets wiped off the phone when using a different laptop. This problem must happen quite often as I am sure I am not the only person who has had a pc that has broken.

My friend used my itunes to sync her iphone and so i lost all of my stuff on there and it was replaced with hers (that part doesnt matter now though). I now want to sync my iphone with my itunes however, no matter how i try to delete and reinstall itunes it keeps coming up with her stuff. Thank you for sharing your concern as I am more than happy to assist you! Are you able to successfully pair your Droid 2 with another bluetooth device, like an earpiece or a computer? This will help us determine if there is an issue with the bluetooth technology after the software update or is it a compatibility issue. Also, what year and model vehicle do you have? In order to successfully pair with the vehicle, the Droid 2 must be in discovery mode. Below is a link to walk thru placing the Droid 2 into discovery mode.

Microsoft have told me to download a WOA app for each device and subscribe to Office 365. Then use an exchange program within Outlook. Is there another simpler and cheaper method. How do I sync my iPhone when all my playlist music is in the cloud? on iTunes Match?

I just recently lost my old iMac where I had all my music stored on the hard drive. thankfully I backed everything up in iTunes Match. Now I've gotten a new MacAir and all my music and playlists show up on iTunes as they did on my old computer, except all 449 songs are now in the cloud and no on my hard drive. I've downloaded 5 new songs onto my MacAir and added them to my playlist so that I could sync them on my iPhone. However, when I go to sync my iPhone, it says there's only 5 songs I can sync, and does not appear to be reading the other 449 songs stored on the cloud in iTunesMatch. How do I sync my iPhone with all the songs on my iTunes playlist, and not just those songs stored on the hard drive?
