How do I synch my home page between workstation and tablet?

I have updgraded to the latest version of synch on Samsung tablet and workstation.

From your sync options make sure preferences is marked to be synced.
However when you open a new tab in Firefox for android, the default page will show history, bookmarks etc. There will not be a home page, it will show panels that you can turn on and off in the Settings > Customize > Homepage menu.

I have a nice home page for Google. Have been using Foxfire for months, but can't figure out how to just have a home page that is useful. Info on plug-is, customization does not help. I have no base to work from.

Open up your Browser.
Click the Menu key and choose Options > Browser Configuration.
The 'Browser' field will confirm which Browser you are changing the settings for. Change to Internet browser if it is not already set.
Under the 'Start Page' field change to something other than the Bookmarks Page (Example, Home Page, or Last Page Loaded).
Save your settings and close the browser.
Attempt to open the Internet Browser application from the home screen. It should now successfully open to mobile.blackberry.com
Home Page by default is mobile.blackberry.com.

If the PDF supports it then you can try opening the PDF in iBooks on your phone and use the 'share' icon (the square with the upward pointing arrow) to email it to yourself (some PDFs a protected and don't support emailing) and use 'open in' in the Mail app on your iPad to copy it to its Mail app.
Or you can connect the phone to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy it over to your iTunes (that should copy PDFs and/or epubs that are in the iBooks app, not just ibooks) and if using a Mac with Mavericks or Yosemite on it then do File > Move Books From iTunes in its iBooks app, and you can then sync it to your iPad.

I am having a problem that I cannot find addressed. My old computer TOTALLY died - it won't even turn on to deauthorize, back-up, and all those other steps given to transfer my music. All the info I have found, says you can authorize up to 5 devices etc, but so far, nothing is working. I just want to transfer my library, and don't have hours to spend on this. I have searched and searched, and really sincerely need help, and please - only helpful comment - yeah, obviously I am missing something some where. If anyone can offer some kind advice, I would REALLY be grateful!

Second make sure that the "Documents and Data" option under iCloud settings are set ON for both devices.

Now in FF29 I'm trying to move the Home button between the BackForward buttons and the address bar and it won't let me.

Whoever told you that was incorrect, as far as I am concerned. Firefox still is more customizable that the "competition", but not as much as previous versions were.
The Home button can be moved, but the Back / Forward combo button is attached to the Address Bar - they can't be separated.
The combo Stop / Reload button is locked in the Address Bar. 
The old "Activity Indicator" is gone. Deemed unnecessary with the loading animation on the left corner of each tab, where the Favicon appears once the page is fully loaded.

Many users are installing the Classic Theme Restorer extension.

As users start installing other extensions I think they are going to run into compatibility issues where the new extension "expects" the user to be using what Firefox came with - not the "retro" features.

When I left-click the home button, how can it open my home page in a new tab?

I thought it used to do that. I had to do a clean install of Windows, I believe I was only on FF 22 or 23 when this happened. Now I'm on FF 26 and obviously all my settings are gone.
I'm 99% sure that when I left-clicked on my home button, it opened my home page in a new tab. I know I can middle-click to get that affect, but it used to be left-click and I do that automatically now. But I don't want to lose the current window I have up, so something's wrong.
Anyone know how to fix this? Or an add-on to do this?

If you hold down the Ctrl key while left clicking the Home button then the home page opens in a new tab. 
You can also middle-click the home button like you can with any other link

When I open fire fox my yahoo page come up very odd, as does mail if I sign in. Can't figure out how to correct this. Home page and mail open fine in others.

When I open Firefox my yahoo home page comes up very odd and not usable. If I log into my e-mail it also comes up odd and not usable. (the tools across the top like delete etc don't show up.) If I go to a different browser and pull up yahoo it is fine, if I log on to my mail there it also comes up fine and usable. Please help am new to Firefox and just barley getting to where I can us it really don't want to have to change to yet another browser. Losing all my stuff again. (Microsoft browser program stopped working) Please help, real desperate here. Thank you. Followed the instruction on how to take a screen shot, did so, but don't know how to attach it here. Didn't see instructions regarding that and beyond my limited abilities. Have it if someone needs it and can tell me how to attach or send.

If you use extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) like Adblock Plus or NoScript or Flash Block that can block content then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.
