    There is no live customer service for iTunes on the telephone. Either click the Report link on the emailed receipt that you have recieved on the purchases or use this link to start an email conversation with the iTunes support staff.

    The controller broke, again. Ive sent it in 3 times before and those times i was told the warrantee gets renewed for a full new year because its the one that comes with the system. Today i was told its 90 days only. With the information i was givin i decided to wait till i could afford to pay for the shipping. Now the warrantee is up and im left with a broken controller. And the girl jeneane who i just talked to accused me of being rude to her when i wasnt. I know, sure you wernt. Well i wasnt and i asked my wife, she agreed with me. Then she interrupted me, i pointed it out to me and she denied it then proceeded to continue to interrupet me.
    Is there no one i can go to for help?? I just get the run around. Im not a mean man. Upset, yes! Rude or mean for ANY reason, NO. I want to get to the bottom of this.
