How do i transfer itunes data from one computer to the next

I have recently bought the iPhone 4s and i have all my data on my son's computer. We are all creating our own iTunes on our own computers in order to create less trouble because my son and husband updated their phones and I set up my iPhone and we encountered problems with getting all our data back from the back up.
Does anyone know an easy and effecient way to transfer me and my husbands information to our own computers?

You can't, an account's balance cannot be transferred to another account, nor can it be used to gift content to another account - it can only be used to buy content for the account that it's on.

I have a situation where it appears the due date of an invoice is being copied from a previous invoice entry. Can anyone tell me is there a process where the user can have data default from one invoice to the next and if so is the due date (planning date) one of those fields?

I understand how it is supposed to work. However, I have production examples of that not happening and I'm trying to figure out how. The only way I have been able to replicate the issue is when I manually enter the due date when entering the invoice the calculation of baseline date + #of days does not happen. Users say they are not manually entering a date so I'm trying to find a way the date could be entered without the users knowledge.

You're gonna have to start over if you want to use the backup of your 3GS to restore to your iPhone 4. So, in iTunes>Preferences(under the edit menu if using Windows)>Devices...delete any and all backups listed for your iPhone 4(there should only be one). Then, on your iPhone 4: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. That should take but a minute or so, then plug your phone in, iTunes running, name it what you want & restore it from your 3GS backup. Follow this by syncing your iTunes content back to your phone.

Question about moving all iTunes data from one computer to another.

I have a Windows XP. Now I have a windows 7. All of the songs from the XP are available on the new computer via a Z drive. But when I plug my iPod into the new computer it says that it is registered with a different library and asks me if I want to delete all the songs and apps and replace them from the ones on the new library. I don't want that to happen. And all of the apps on the old computer aren't available on the new one. This is the way I would normally recommend that you migrate your library from one computer to another.
Backup the library with this User Tip.
Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
If you have content on the new computer that you want to add to the library on the old one then copy that across via network/memory stick etc. before attempting to migrate the library again.
