Just copy your iTunes folder that contains the music / videos etc
And put it on a flash drive
Connect it to the computer you want it on and paste it were you want it
Just configure iTunes to the files location and that should work

Seems I cannot figure out how to transfer my songs from my old computer to new. I am on ITunes 7 on the old and new machine. I have tried export but it fails when the 2nd CD is asked for during Export. I have tried back-up but the new machine will not accept the CD. Any suggestions to an ITunes user who is suffering enough with switching computers?

I presume you mean Photoshop CS4?
Save the actions in sets (very important) on the old computer and then copy the saved *.atn files across to the new computer.
They belong in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Presets\Actions

I replaced the iTunes folder on the new one with the iTunes folder from the old one but the music doesn't show up in the library. First, you will need to export the playlists either to a flash drive, external hard drive, or back them up to a CD. You can do this by locating each playlist you wish to transfer to your new Mac, right->clicking on it and choosing the "Export" option or by going to the File drop down menu, choosing "Library" and then "Export Playlist" from there. From there, choose the location you wish to save the playlist to, whether it be a flash drive, external drive, etc.
On your new mac, again, head to the File drop down menu and choose Library and then select "Import Playlist." Then navigate to wherever you have saved the playlist, whether it be on a flash drive, external hard drive, etc.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer files/docs/pics/music/etc.
Use your backup copy to put everything on the new computer.
If for some reason you have failed to backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from your ipod. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases

Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

From there you can select which music you want on the iPod by ticking the boxes by the playlists, genres etc
Then click the sync button in the bottom right hand corner when you have made your selections
