You can't send or receive music files on your iPhones.
You can connect the iPhone to your PC or Mac, after that you have to open iTunes and then Sync the device with your Music Library.

    There is more than one way, but to get it all on all devices, connect the first device to iTunes and choose to transfer the music from the device from the file menu.     To get Everything Across and to have it as you Now Have it...
    Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..
    Backup iTunes to an External Drive
