How do I transfer my Contacts on my Mac Book Pro to my I Phone 4S?
I lost my contacts on my iphone 4s after I did all of the Upgrades but I have them on my new Mac Book Pro. How do I synch them to my phone agian?
Apps like iPhoto2Disk or PhotoShare will help you export to a Folder tree matching your Events. Then copy that to the other machine.

What do you mean transfer? You can't copy files with an hdmi cable. If you mean display them on your tv, that's another story.
When the hdmi cable is connect you should see your tv and macbook flash blue. After this your tv is setup as an extra screen. Move anything you want to the right on your macbook screen and they will appear on the tv. -

My 3G unlocked iPhone is not syncing mail or contacts from my mac book pro, using Lion. I am able to get a calendars and music, only. I get the message that I need to reset the password which I have done 3x's on the phone and on the Apple server.

Only be using data rescue software - and there's always the chance that the file has already been overwritten.
I've used Data Rescue 3 to succesfully retrieve files that I've trashed. It's an $100 gamble, tough, and there's no assurance that you'll be able to retriebve the file.
