(Make sure there isn't anything already in the iTunes folder there that you want to keep since you will be replacing it with the one you are moving.)

You cannot transfer anything from a device which you do not have, because you do not have it.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put everything on the new computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup, not good, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries:
