i have lots of pics on the older version of photoshop starter edition 3.2 on my old computer and have lost my unlock code years ago. how do i get them to transfer to revel i would hate to loose all of them! kirbybrowne

Any easy way to do this??Hello and THANKS! Copying ALL the pics works doing the Command+A, but if I want to do a group of pics the Shift key does NOT work the same way as my PC. On the PC I can click on the first one in the group and the last one in the group, then the Shift key. All the pics in-between will be highlighted. Then I can right click to copy or move to the external hard drive. I have had soooo much trouble making the transition from a PC to a Mac........it is frustrating. And one of my hard drives is older and I don't think it is formatted right so I can only view the pics on it---not copy or change it in any way........

I am not a big fan of the ipad. It closes apps in the middle of everything. I need to know how to get my pics off of it onto my laptop because I am thinking of selling it!
Why don't you try the basic troubleshooting steps from the manual? It should help with the apps closing. Restart, reset, restore.
You should be importing pics taken with the ipad regularly as you would from any digital camera.

I recently brought a new HP laptop and downloaded iTunes 11 on it. My old laptop which is a Acer has iTunes version 10.7, I believe. I wanted to know, How can I transfer 18 movies from the old iTunes onto my new Itunes? It only shows the most recent two movies when I look at the purchases in my account. you should starting with copying the iTunes folder from your old laptop to the new one.
the iTunes folder is in your user profile Music folder.
it should go to the same location on the new laptop.
Provided that you have your media, music and movies in the default location, and you sign in to your apple ID and authorize your new computer (all in iTunes)
you should have all intact.

How do I transfer PDF files from PC (Windows 7) to IPAD using Itunes 12.1.2. I would like to do files manually rather then auto synch. Previous versions let me drag file in Itunes to Ipad and files appeared under Ibook and then I could move them to an appropriate collection title. The interface appears to have changed in the latest ITunes version and I am not sure what the proper procedure is.

I had my pdf files copied into ITunes on my PC but when I clicked on a pdf file to copy it I thought the sidebar would appear with my IPAD name and then I would drag it over. I didn't realize that I needed to click-and start dragging it towards the left-hand side for the sidebar to appear. It worked like a charm - THANKYOU!!!
