How do I transfer my SMS messages from 4s to 5

How do I get my old SMS messages from 4s to transfer to 5.
I have spent all day getting my 5 synced and the SMS issue is my last task to transfer.
Please HELP!!

    I heard it's in User/Library and this is where my path ends because I do not have this folder, I only have a library folder in "Macintosh HD" on my Mac, and if I go further in this one, there isn't anything to find their either.
    So yeah - basically, how do I get all these SMS back on the iPhone now?

    Thanks, it worked. I had to sync it with the backup I had made back in October when I upgraded to iOS 5, because I couldn't find the backup I had made before I sent it to Apple. Is it possible that it was overwritten when I plugged my iPhone, is that what this option in the iTunes preferences is for?
    If so, then I recommend to anyone who has the same issue to make sure it is disabled before even connecting the iPhone, or it will be overwritten.

    You can't. What you could do is import your SMS's from your Nokia to your computer, save them as a PDF, then import the PDF to your iPhone. That way you'd have them for reference on your phone, but there is no way to import them to the iPhone message app.

    You can use blackberry protect.  it backups text messages online.  The link for it is in my signature.
