How do i transfer pictures from my old iphone to my new iphone?

i just got a new iphone 4s today, after having a regular iphone 4... i am just wondering how to transfer picture,aps,and music to my new iphone 4s.

All photos on your iPhone 4 that were transferred from your computer should remain on your computer and can be transferred to your iPhone 4S in the same way - via the iTunes sync/transfer process which is selected under the Photos tab for your iPhone 4S sync preferences with iTunes.
Photos/videos in your iPhone 4 Camera Roll can and should have been imported by your computer as with any other digital camera. After the photos/videos have been imported by your computer, they can be transferred to your iPhone 4S as with any other photos/videos - via the iTunes sync/transfer process.
All 3rd party apps on your iPhone 4 should be in your iTunes library on your computer. The apps can be transferred to your iPhone 4S via the iTunes sync/transfer process which is selected under the Apps tab for your iPhone 4S sync preferences with iTunes.
The first time you connect a new iOS device to iTunes on your computer that is used to sync with another iOS device, you should be prompted to transfer the backup for the other iOS device to the new iOS device. Were you not provided this prompt?

    I've used Migration Assistant in the past and it's working like a champ. You either want to connect your MBPs using a Firewire cable or have them connected to the same router with Ethernet cabling. Don't attempt a wifi transfer - it could take a whole day.
    Both links provided are good - they both point to various ways to transfer data. I just prefer MA.
