hello forum,
i have transferred texts from a phone (LG A380 i am no longer using) to my sim card. now i would like to transfer those same text messages from my sim card to my bold 9900. i have found out how to save texts from bold to sim but not vice-versa. thanks in advance, sreg.

If Desktop Software will back them up, then you can simply restore them back to the device. It's likely DS wont' see them, though.

Songs that you downloaded to your iPad before playing them can be removed by swiping across the song title and tapping Deleted. If you want to make sure that your messages appear on all your devices, then take a look at the first two articles to get them linked up with your phone number as well as having Continuity for moving SMS and MMS messages being sent to both. If you are actually wanting to get past messages that are on your iPad on your iPhone, you can do that by making an iCloud back up of your iPad and then go through the process on your iPhone of erasing it and restoring from that back up. When you do that, not everything moves over like; the Camera Roll, not all apps will move over, and you will need to be on the same iOS version on all devices to make sure it moves over. Take a look at the last article for more information with links on how to do all of what I have described.

Actually, a tiny correction. The DTM backup function will create an IPD file on your PC. That file is designed for the sole purpose of restoring via the DTM software. However, I've heard of 3rd party PC apps that somehow parse the file for reading on the PC. I'm not at all sure what exactly they can do with the data, but it might be worth looking into. Just google for "IPD reader" or something similar and you might find some options.

Just delete them. Or, do you mean beyond just deleting them? Then, you'd need to wipe the phone - select Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. That's a secure wipe of the iPhone contents, takes several hours (connect to AC power). You'll need to set your phone up from scratch (and erase the old backup(s) from your computer, since your SMS history is part of the backup).

First of all, you need you have at least iOS 5 installed. Second, the person you are texting must have an iDevice with iOS 5 or higher installed. You can´t send messages to an non-iDevice. You´ll also need an Wi-Fi network to send iMessages. Hope it helped!
