You can't - ebooks tend to have digital rights management on them which ties them to that store's device and/or ereader. So ebooks bought from Apple can only be read in the iBooks app on an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch, and ebooks bought from Amazon can only be read on the Kindle ereader and in the Kindle apps.

You can create a Quicktime movie slideshow of the book's pages and share that. Here's how to get your book into an iPhoto slideshow and then export as a Quicktime video:
1 - While viewing the book type Command+P to start the print process.
2 - click on the PDF button and select "Save PDF to iPhoto".
Note: If you don't have any of those options go to Toad's Cellar and download these two files:
Save PDF to iPhoto 200 DPI.workflow.zip
Save PDF to iPhoto 200 DPI.workflow.zip
Unzip the files and place in the HD/Library/PDF Services folder and reboot.
3 - select either of the files above (300 dip is used for photos to be included in a book that will be ordered).
4 - in the window that comes up enter an album name or select an existing album and hit the Continue button.
That will create a 200 or 300 dpi jpeg file of the item being printed and import it into iPhoto. Immediately select all of the photos in the new album and sequentially renumber them as "Page " using the Batch Change ➙ Title to Text with the option to add a sequential number to each title. This is to let you put the pages back in the correct order in the event they get sorted incorrectly.
Now you can proceed as follows: create the slideshow in iPhoto and export it out of iPhoto as a QT movie file via the Export button in the lower toolbar. Select Size = Medium or Large (480p with iPhoto 9),

What do you mean transfer? You can't copy files with an hdmi cable. If you mean display them on your tv, that's another story.
When the hdmi cable is connect you should see your tv and macbook flash blue. After this your tv is setup as an extra screen. Move anything you want to the right on your macbook screen and they will appear on the tv.

How are you trying to transfer them? Via Bluetooth? If so, that will not work.
You need to get the contacts from the Casio phone into a supported contact manager on your computer (Address Book/Contacts on a Mac or Outlook on a PC) then sync them to the iPhone via iTunes or iCloud.

It depends on what you mean by "transfer a book".
The book can be stored on your Mac in iTunes; however, it can not be read on your Mac.
To get the book "transferred" in that sense, such that it is stored in iTunes, sync your iPad using iTunes and make sure that while your iPad is plugged in to your Mac, you have checked the "Sync books" option on the books tab under the iPad's logo.
