I am having a hard time trying to re-upload videos that i recorded on my phone and save to my PC back onto my Iphone
How would i go about doing this because they are not showing up in my Sync photos section to put them ack on my phone

Is it an iTunes backup or an iCloud backup? If iTunes, connect the iPhone, right click on the name of the iPhone under the DEVICES section in iTunes. Click on Restore from Backup.
If iCloud, on the iPhone go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. When the device powers back on, you will see the original setup screens you saw when your iPhone was fresh out of the box. One of these screen asks you if you want to restore. Choose Restore from iCloud backup.

I just recently got a macbook air. I tried to transfer music that was on my phone to my new Itunes library and redownload all of the new music I recently downloaded to my computer. It starts to process the request, gets to stage 2, finishes stage 2 out of 6, n then the processing stops on the computer and "disconnects" my Iphone from my computer, but still processes on my phone. I left my phone plugged in for 4 hours to see if maybe it would finish processing but it didn't. That is when I finally gave up and shut down my computer and unplugged my Iphone. I tried it for the second time, and continued to do the same thing. Please help me!!!

You can only transfer music you purchased on your iPhone 4S to your new computer.

If you want to transfer iTunes Store purchases from an iOS device or iPod to a computer, be sure to authorize the computer before connecting the device. After connecting your device to the computer and its icon appears in iTunes, go to the File menu, then Devices, and choose Transfer Purchases from "(Your device name)".
Or, you can Show Sidebar from the View menu, and then right-click (Windows or Mac) or Control-click (Mac only) your device in the iTunes Source list, then choose Transfer Purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
Please note that this feature works only for items that were purchased on the iTunes Store. Any items imported from audio CDs or acquired from other sources will not copy from your device to the iTunes library. Please see this article for more details.
Your best bet is to copy your Music folder from your previous Mac or PC to your new computer and then sync it with your iPhone.

The Mac and the iPhone should both have iCloud enabled and they should sync up.
The duplicate entries may have been because you had synced the calendar both with iTunes and iCloud. It should be done one way or the other, not both.

Backing up does not remove pics.
You should be importing all pics taken with your iphone to your computer regularly as you would with any digital camera. If you have failed to do this, then they may very well be gone.
You can try restoring from backup.

So why doesn't Apple tell you that ICloud won't back up your ringtones?
