Put it on a web site. Could be your own, or acrobat.com (but not sure how you;d make the file public). You can use a file sending service which makes this simple: Adobe sell "Adobe Send" to do this, there are many others.

Your 11MB file is well within the file-size limits for ExportPDF, but depending on the number of pages, complexity of the file (and yours doesn't sound complex), and your connection speed, it is possible that the service is simply timing out before it can finish processing. These steps can help:
If the file already contains editable text (that is, it isn't a scanned document), try disabling OCR as outlined in this this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (OCR) when converting PDF to Word or Excel.
Clear the browser cache and try again.
Try a different browser.
Let's start there. If you still can't export the file to Word, let me know and we'll take it from there.

That's a bit excessive. The website http://convert.neevia.com/pdfcompress/ can compress files up to 5 MB in size. You may want to print to PDF single smaller pages, or print the document and scan it one page at a time to PDF, and then use the PDF compress tools to shrink it further.

But generally it is never a good idea to send e-documents as email attachments. Better use a file sharing service (Acrobat.com, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, ..), upload the document, then send the shared download link via email.

1) When someone visits your site, they're doing it in their web browser; not DW.
2) HTML files are web documents. PDF files are print documents. 2 different things.
3) Web browsers do not support PDF files without a helper application or Plug-in like Acrobat reader.
4) In order to view 3-D PDF files, your users need to have Acrobat Reader 9 or highet.
5) The very best you can do is link to the PDF file and hope your users have the required software to view it.
That's how Adobe does it.

How to configure to not open pdf files into Internet Explorer 10?

I have disabled the adobe complements from Internet Explorer and the preferences of Adobe to don't show the pdf files in internet but it keep also doing it.

Acrobat 8 and Reader 11 is not a recommended configuration to install on one machine.

There's also a related registry entry :
1.Click "Start," type "Regedit" into the Search box and press "Enter."
2.Click "Yes" if a User Account Control prompt appears.
3.Navigate to the ""HKCU\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\[version]\Originals\" key in the left pane of the Registry Editor, where "[version]" is the currently installed version of Adobe Reader.
4.Create the bBrowserIntegration value if it doesn't exist in the right pane by clicking "Edit," "New." Click "DWORD Value," type "bBrowserIntegration" and press "Enter."
5.Double-click the bBrowserIntegration value in the right pane.
6.Type "0" into the value data box and press "Enter."

How do I get my book/pdf files into and out of iBooks?

There was a time when I my iBooks App appeared under the shared files section of my iPad app list, and when it did I could get my books/pdfs from my ibook App to my iTunes on my PC and vice-versa. But iBooks no longer appears in that list so I can't transfer new books/pdf files to read on my iPad. The iBook App is still on my iPad with all the old Books and FTP files, it just does not show up under the list of apps whose files can be shared. What must I do to get that functionaity back?

Okay Chris, thanks. I may have misremembered getting the other pdfs via the shared conduit. I may have dragged them from my PC -- it's been a long time since I used this system.
One more thing. Somewhere along the things I was doing recently I asked to sync the Books. It was then that I received a message that more than one library was synced to this iPad! It asked whether I wanted to erase this iPad and sync with the current iTunes library! I did change my Apple password a few days ago -- could that explain it? It could explain why only some of my books are visible in iTunes. But I don;t want to erase my current iPad!
I think I will exit and go back in again afresh.

you cannot embed pdfs in web pages. But you can upload the
pdf, and make a link to tghe pdf in the
web page.
Clicking on the link will dwonload the pdf on the user's
computer, or display the pdf in their
browser if they have the acrobat viewer pluggin installed.
As for wmv, you can embed it in your page, Google "embed
windows media player" for code examples.
but most mac users don't have windows media player installed,
so they won't see anything, or they'll
see a broken pluggin icon.
Best format for videos (or slide shows) is flash (swf)
because it's installed in almost all browsers.

How to break up a large .java file into several?

Hi,
I have a pretty large .java file containing many private methods. I rather not have to always work in this very large file. Is there a way to separate this into several smaller files, but to maintain the same relationship of all these private methods being part of the same class?

on os x 10.7.5, here's how to shrink pdf's...
- open the pdf
- choose file, then export
- there's a quartz filter drop-down menu, in which is (eureka!) reduce file size
- choose a name & location for your slimline pdf, and click save

Hello all,
I have a 52 minute long video that I need to split into 3 seperate files before I can edit it (so I can upload it to youtube as 3 separate episodes). I know how to split layers and do all the basic editing etcetera, but I am stumped on how to turn those split layers into separate files.
Any help on this issue is much appreciated.

I thought of a work around that I should have thought of days ago. It can even be done in windows movie maker it's that simple.
I will end up just splitting the original video clip and deleting the latter half of the video and saving the first clip and then reloading the original source file again and repeating the process with the following clip.
I can include a little bit of the previous episode in the following one that way as well. Tried rendering the full 52 minute video but it ended up stuck on 99% so just stopped and I will go about splitting it in the above mentioned way.
