How do I turn jpgs on time line upside down

I have elements 3
after rendering, my jpgs turned up side down.
not the video does anybody know how I can get them back.

I've been thinking about what could cause your JPEG's to Rotate 180 degrees, and only have one possibilty. However, I do not know if PrE 3 would even have this.
Still images can have metadata included. If one does some light editing, such as orient vertical images in viewers, like Organizer, the actual images are not physically Rotated, but just flagged as being so manipulated, and instructions on its display are included. Did you have to Roatate these stills 180 degrees? Was the camera turned upside down?
Now, if one were to open such a file in PS/PSE, and actually applied a Rotation to the image, then Save it, the image would now be oriented correctly. This would not be a metadata flag, but the pixels would be physically Rotated.
What is the history of these JPEG's. I am thinking as hard as I can, and cannot come up with a way/reason for Rendering to flip the JPEG's.

On the right side of your track pad is the switch. When you press and release the switch it will turn on, to turn off, press and hold the button until the green light goes out then release.
If you use rechargeable batteries you can just let the track pad go into sleep mode which is what I do. With Alkaline I would turn it off and make sure to take them out if you don't plan to use the track pad for an extended period. Alkaline batteries are prone to leaking once fully discharged.

I just had to have it replaced so I uploaded some photos from the new one and it did not have this information. I have mine mounted in the Hall using a H-Squared Mount, it runs cool and the wireless range is great, no poor reception area's in my house and garden
It cost me a bit to get one over here in UK but it as been worth it, and at night the Green status light gives an errie green glow in my Hall lookks really good

On my iPad Mini, it goes right to the app and skips the lock screen.

It depends upon whether an alert has occurred after the last time you closed the cover! In iOS 7, that will show the lock/unlock screen with the alert when you next open the cover. In iOS 6, more properly, it will show the alert over the screen you were last looking at--no lock screen at all.
On our iPad Mini, iOS 6, we do not use the calendar, so no alerts, and we never see the lock screen or its glaring time (count me among those who would rather not know it's 3am when I decide to read in the middle of the night!) On the Air, we return to where we left off if there hasn't been an alert--but to the lock screen if there has been one!
Truly wish that Apple would give us options as to displaying the time or not--on the lock screen and on the status bar!

OK, here's the explanation. When you take a picture, the iPhone knows what orientation it is in (portrait, landscape, etc.) and adds that information to the picture's EXIF data so it knows which side is up. Apple devices can decode this information and show the picture right side up when it is viewed. However, Windows computers cannot do this. They are not capable of decoding the orientation information added by the iPhone, so they are displayed in a default orientation (which may not be right side up).
This only happens on Windows machines, and unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it, except use the rotation buttons in Windows picture view to orient the photo correctly.

How does one clean out the trash, after putting in a time line file in?

After cleaning out some old files, it was late one night that I put a old file from the Time Line into the trash. Now how can this be FIXED?

Time Line...? If you mean Time Machine, then you should only delete old backups and files using the Time Machine interface.
If you did a NO NO and moved old Time Machine backups to the Trash using Finder? Then go to > Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions 12 and scroll down to the section in gray for the solution.

When you import media into Premiere Elements, what you get are copies of the originals. But those copies embedded in the project file need to trace back to the originals at the hard drive save location of the originals when they were imported into the project. If you move, delete, or rename those originals after the project is saved/closed, then you are in for some nasty media reconnect issues.
Your first choice is to reconnect the sources with the "Where is the file....?" message "one by one", hoping that you might get lucky and get more reconnects beyond one at a time and one message at a time.
Do you have all of the originals that went into the project?
You could also look at the Replace Footage feature which will reconnect and maintain the edits previously applied in the project.

Just recently on the Mac the color wheel stops and turns all the time and slows down my computer. What can I do to fix this problem?

The color wheel (beachball to some)l means the computer is thinking. Upgrading to Snow Leopard or Lion will not cure this and might well make this worse. Checking you have adequate RAM and free hard drive space (at least 15GB) are the most immediate concerns. There can be many issues that can cause this and they need to be investigated systmatically.
Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac", then "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present).

On another note, the iPhone tells me that it's ''busy'' when opening a photo on the computer.
(I tried restarting my PC, connecting via another USB port, importing using PhotoStream, etc...)

Are you using the front or rear camera? When you say they are low quality, are you referring to file/pixel size, or how the picture looks? As far as upside down, how are you holding the phone? Older versions of Windows have issues reading the Metadata from the pictures and will not display the same.
