How do I Un-snooze a Reminder?

Hey gang-
I have a daily repeating Reminder on my iPhone that displays an Alert every day at 4pm. Last week I tapped Snooze on the Reminder and as expected it repeated at 4:15. The problem is that now it displays every day at 4:15. The weird thing is that in the Reminders app it still shows as a 4pm repeating daily Reminder. How do I get my Reminder to Un-snooze?

Since ReminderFox 2.1.4 was installed, I have deselected the 'Status/Add-on Bar Display 'Bow' and text on status bar' numerous times, but the setting never takes effect even after pressing the Apply and OK buttons.
The Add-on Bar, which has always been deselected from the View > Toolbars menu, shows as selected in the menu, and even though I deselect it manually, when I close Firefox and then reopen it, it shows again as selected in the menu.

How can I revert to password reminder bar rather than the notification that I now get which obscures a bit of the page

The notifcation 'do you want Firefox to remember the password for ... on ... used to appear as a horizontal bar at the top of the page, below the tabs.
It now covers part of the top left of the page as a type of 'call-out'. I want to remember passwords for certain sites and continue to see the reminder but I don't want it to hide part of the page. This is worse in my netbook as the screen is relatively small so the proportion of the page obscured is relatively high. In which version did it change? How can I get the password reminder to revert to a horizontal bar in Firefox v9?

Many thanks for your suggestion. I have tried as you suggest and clicking the 'key' icon does re-open the password reminder notice but clicking the key icon again doesn't close it. Instead to close the password reminder you have to click and drag the cursor off the key icon. I was hoping for a way of reverting to the horizontal bar.

How to set an 'alert' or reminder message for end-user Acrobat X form.

Hi,
I'm trying to see if I can add an alert or reminder message for the end user who will be filling in a form that I'm creating from Acrobat Pro X.
Does it require a script if so, could anyone share one that is already exists?
If it doesn't need a script, how can I set that up?
What I want to do, is to remind end-user to fill in Numbers Only and not text. I have already set my properties for numbers only and provided an example. But, In-case end users did not understand, I'd like to have a message for them to say that they must type in number and not text.
Currently, with the limitation I've made, they couldn't type in any letters but, they might be frustrated and not fill in anything!

Is it correct to put that code under VALIDATE > run custome validate script, within the Properties box?
Because I tried it, and it worked only AFTER I typed a number onto the field.
Since my goal is to have the alert BEFORE, so if someone typed in a text, they should see the alert and correct themselves to type in a number instead.
Please clarify.

How to send a text message reminder of a calendar appointment through iCloud?

We use iCloud calendar for patient bookings in our Physio clinic. I've been told you can set up reminder messages to be sent as a text message (synced with contacts) through iCloud but have not been able to work out how to do this.

You cannot set up reminders for events that will be sent via iMessage or SMS.

I was playing around in the Creative Cloud app yesterday. Way back in the stone age of the 1980s and 1990s, you could do that sort of thing. The way you learned how to become proficient was to experiment. Systems were generally set up (at least on the Mac side of the street) to behave more-or-less gracefully. In today's completely co-opted world, that appears no longer to be the case. Market presented me with a bunch of images. Being a Creative Cloud member, it *seemed* that they would be available, so I tried to download my first one. Well, I get a message telling me I'm not quite the class of Creative Cloud owner Adobe really likes very much, and that's just fine. However, the CC app keeps opening, and, when I focus on it, that cute little drawing in the window pops up. OBNOXIOUS. I'd be grateful for any advice on how to get it to CUT THAT OUT! Also, I'd be grateful if Adobe got a clue.

I just talked to Adobe customer support. Apparently, I was logged in under the wrong ID. (I have no idea how I have two different ones.) Issue resolved very easily. It's still kind of obnoxious that the CC app kept reminding me to download an image I could not have, but didn't display any message. While not absolutely accurate, a "contact us for an upgrade" message would have been less confusing.

Hello, how to disable the long horizontal Mozilla yellow strip, popping up and reminding us constantly to "update a plugin", which we don't want to update.
Disabling the ones below:
1/ plugins.update.notify User;true
2/ plugin.scan.plid.all;true
3/ dom.ipc.plugins.enabled;false
either does not help or disables completely Flash! What else to do with this ultra annoying "Update plugins" reminder, as we want to keep the older version 10 of Flash? We just do not want Flash v. 11 - it takes huge amount of CPU, while Version 10 works fine for all 'you tube" and "etc"... videos. No need for V.11. (Let us worry about viruses and security) But here it comes the so annoying Mozilla reminder to upgrade to Flash Version 11 - the yellow strip also takes screen space under the address bar. Please help. Very annoying - almost ready to switch to other browsers if this issue is not resolve. Other than that, the Mozilla 14 is great. Congratulations to all designing it. Thanks in advance. Every time I open the browser, firefox says to update plugins. well, I dont want to update the plugins, so how do I turn off that reminder?

rather than my home page, when I start up firefox it opens a page to check plugins and then I have to wait for it to load all the way before i can close out and continue on.
I dont want to update any plugins at this time. How do I stop that reminder?

How to include overdue items in reminder letters

When generating reminder letters in transaction FPVA, it is not including overdue line items. How do I correct this? Is it any configuration that has to be done?

Thanks for answering. FPVA is the transaction that is used when you are generating reminder letters in Contract Accounts Receivable. F150 is rather for Accounts Payable and Receivable.

How can i set a task/reminder from an email?

Hi all, I have a 64gb iPad 2 running iOS 5.1 which work have supplied me with, I'm an apple n00b but am quite experienced with Windows. My mail is synchronised with the office server and I can access that on my Windows laptop or my iPad.
When I receive a new email that I need to either reply to or perform an action in order for it to be considered complete (ie not just a FYI email that I can file away), I can set this email as a to-do task in Windows, set a coloured reminder to the email, flag the email with a reminder to pop onto my screen etc at a later date - ie loads of ways to highlight to me that this needs to be actually actioned but there doesn't seem to be any way of doing anything with the embedded email program other than mark it as unread.
At the moment I'm resorting to creating a subfolder called "To do" and manually moving these emails there for the minute but setting a reminder or task, which I've had the ability to set on Windows Outlook since the 90's, seems impossible on the iPad. Other than this my only options seem to be marking the email as unread or going to the reminders app myself and type a 'manual' reminder referencing this email.
Is there any way, or app, that I can either create a reminder/task straight to reminders from the email or, at the very least, do something to differentiate it from the rest of the emails in my inbox (even highlighting it in a colour would do)?

This is an extremely vexing problem and I would like to know if anyone has a solution please. Here is my situation:
Using standalone (simply my home one not connected to network or exchange) Outlook 2007 (soon to upgrade to 2013) on PC - Windows 8.1. Have an iPhone 6. Want the closest possible functionality (particularly categories, reminders, etc.) on my iPhone for my standalone Outlook. The only thing I have found close is DejaOffice and Companion Link (which work together). I am seriously considering as appears a close mirror image for all things I do, but they don't have email. So, can someone please give me either a) a better comprehensive application/solution; b) a separate 3rd party email app that will allow me to flag an email, on either computer or iPhone with perfect sync, as a reminder without having to create a separate task; or c) your best/closest solution set to be as seamlessly productive as possible using either native or 3rd party email app and your :"manual workaround." I am looking for a solution to get a reminder message for birtdays which are within the read-only calender imported/updated from he address book. I so far have not found the option where to turn on the reminder and I do not want to duplicate items (ie creating another birthday calender inside iCal).

This limitation is one of the many reasons I wrote Dates to iCal. It is a replacement for the Birthdays calendar in iCal, so you would need to turn the Birthdays calendar off in iCal's preferences.
