How do I unblock Blocked Plug-ins?

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of Safari. Now during some internet searches, the message "Blocked Plug-in" appears on my screen. This never happened before I installed the new version of Safari. How can I unblock all plug-ins?

If you use Safari try this first
1) open safari
2) click on "Safari" button next to the Apple logo (on the top left side)
3) choose Preferences
4) under security section click on manage website settings....
There you can see what plug-ins you have and change their status "Allow" "blocked" etc
