I got an update notification from Adobe flash player and downloaded it, but everything I try to watch (YouTube, online news, etc.) has the words blocked plugin in the middle of the screen. I unchecked block pop-ups in my browser... Also, once I download something how do I install it if it does not auto-install? I have Safari thanks.

Typically when you download something it goes into your Downloads folder. Look for a file called AdobeFlashPlayerInstallerxxx.dmg (where the xxx is an unknown set of characters) and double click that. It should open the installer, run through the install (making sure Safari is not running before you do this) and let it complete. Launch Safari again and try the web sites you were having trouble with. They should work now.

Jim, fortunately, you were wrong. As I can see now there is a way how to launch Photoshop plug-ins under Lightroom, (and also iPhoto, Aperture and etc). At last, the link above promises it, To say it exactly it needs to try.
PS. As I can see, not all Photoshop plug-ins are supported. (But my favorite it should be hosted) This tool "LaunchBox" can integrate into Lightroom only 3th party filter (like AlienSkin, AutoFX, Topaz and etc..) plug-ins but not standard Photoshop filters because obviously what standard Photoshop filters arent plug-ins but these are a part of Photoshop binary code.

Following advice found on the internet, I deleted the plugin files in the Acrobat folder, and it wreaked havoc with Acrobat.

Some third party plug-ins are simple to remove, just delete the relevant file from the plug_ins folder (they may also be in a subfolder). Some are complex, and have uninstallers in control panel like other software. If in doubt refer to the documentation for the product.
Note that you cannot connect file names in plug_ins to items in Acrobat directly; the names may be obvious, but you may have to experiment. Be sure you aren't removing any of Acrobat's own files in the same folder.

It says the document uses one or more plug-ins which are not currently available on your system. Then when I go to open it, it says cannot open the document. Please upgrade your plug-ins to their latest versions or upgrade to the latest version of Adobe InDesign. However the documents I created in the latest Indesign (before updating) not any other version of Indesign such as CS5/6.
