How do i undo a saved password so firefox doesn't store it anymore

i clicked on the box for you to save my sign in and password for my yahoo ,ail account. I no longer want that because more people use my computer and everytime i go to my home page of yahoo, it automatically signs me in. I made a mistake and would like to NOT have my info saved on yahoo mail. How do i undo that? thank you, judy

How do I enter a saved password on the log-in page

I am at the log-in page but I don't know how to get Firefox to enter the password - the password has be saved and is in the list of saved passwords - I am flabbergasted that this isn't easily visible and doesn't show up anywhere on help

I use WEP at home and it requires a hexadecimal password (key).
- A 64-bit WEP key is usually entered as a string of 10 hexadecimal (base 16) characters (0-9 and A-F)
- A 128-bit WEP key is usually entered as a string of 26 hexadecimal characters. 26 digits of four bits each gives 104 bits; adding the 24-bit IV produces the complete 128-bit WEP key. Most devices also allow the user to enter it as 13 ASCII characters.
I use the 64 bit since I have a legacy device that only works with that.

I once saw all my saved password information on my computer somewhere in system preferences or keychain access. How do I view them again. Please help, I forgot my password to my email account which is saved on computer but i need the actual password for when i log into another computer trying to check my email.

I went to Safari, Preferences clicked on Passwords (icon KEY) and found the list websites and passwords, hidden by asteriks, that are saved by the system. Highlight the website you want the password for and check box below Show passwords for selected websites. It will ask for your computer's main password. This worked like a charm.

Be aware that if Firefox doesn't offer to store a password then Firefox probably won't fill the password as well if you visit that website and sign on. 
In that case you can try to type the first letter of the name and/or double click the name field or press the cursor Down arrow.
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode.

The website may be using autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving the name and password. 
If that is the case then you can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save the name and password.

Those files are not on the about:config page, but in the Firefox profile folder.
You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:
*Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
You can find preferences on the about:config page.
When you reset the signon.importedFromSqlite then this pref is removed and when Firefox doesn't find this pref when you start Firefox and there is no logins.json file as well then Firefox can build a new logins.json file by importing passwords from a possible signons.sqlite file.

How do I save a new password if it doesn't ask me if i want to save it?!

There was a password saved on a site. The site made me change the password. Firefox never asked me if i wanted to change it, i deleted it as i didn't know how to change it. Now it is not asking me if i want to save the new password... ?!

I used password manager to delete the old info. Now I do not know how to make it remember the new info. New username is there when I start typing it, but it does not give me the option to remember it, nor does it remember the password.

firefox, I meant the default Gran Paradiso. (sorry not to mention that). The current one is 3.0.11. As I have the previous .mozilla backup I could get the passwords back. I could not figure out why all saved passwords got lost.

Open the "Settings" windows (I have a German Version, and here it's under Extras (Probably "options" in English-->Settings).
Open the Tab "Security" and you'll find a button to have a list of all passwords you saved. Just mark the one you wish to delete and press the "delete" key

How do you locate your saved passwords on google chrome on an iMac desktop?

My iMac with OSX Lion 10.7.4 installed was recently reset to factory specs and had a clean install of the operating system.
I have a back up on time machine on an external drive.
I had many passwords and bookmarks on google chrome

You do not mention what version of the Mac operating system you are using or what web browser you have, but to delete passwords from Safari use the process described in this article -
Safari 7 (Mavericks): Automatically fill in passwords, credit cards, and more
Specifically -
Choose Safari > Preferences, then click AutoFill.
Delete the stored user name and password for one or more websites.
