There is no need to uninstall on the old machine, but you can sign out thru the CC Manager if you like and then uninstall like you would any other software (depends on your operating system).
To install on the new machine repeat what you did originally with the old machine...
Download/install the desktop application, sign in, install the subscription application(s).

You can copy any purchased items that aren't already on your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases. If you want to copy everything over to the new iPad then you can back up the old iPad by right-clicking (command-clicking on a Mac) the iPad under Devices when connected to your computer's iTunes, and you can then restore that backup onto the new iPad.
When you are happy that eveything has copied over you can log out of you account on the old iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then wipe its content via Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Setings.

You are allowed to have the software installed and activated on two machines so there is no requirement to deactivate on the old one... but you can.
If you do not have the discs for CS5 and need to download it, then you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

If you are on MAC Open Activity Monitor and check for Creative Cloud, it it Running Quit it

Where did you put the LR catalog?
Did you install the same version of LR, which one?
OS and version?
Open the folder where the catalog (*.lrcat) is located. If you see a file with lock in it while LR is not running, delete it.
Now try to start LR again.

How do you mean unistall? iCloud is part of Mac OS X so the app itself cannot be uninstalled and reinstalled without doing a reinstall of Mac OS X.
If you mean delete your iCloud account, and then reenter or create a new account, that is no problem.

Not sure of an answer to your basic question, but it may be that you can run a repair (on Windows --> Control Panel>Programs & Features and run the repair on Acrobat). If that fixes the issue, at least temporarily, at least you will not be reinstalling everything -- a real pain.
Next, open Acrobat and go to the Help to run the updates and be sure you are current. On some OSs, the updates are critical.

Same thing happened to me. My son's iPod touch suddenly started indicating that my "username or PW had changed" or was "incorrect" so I paid Apple $30 to find out that all that was required was updating the software by plugging his iPod into my computer & syncing with iTunes. Pictures on an iPod are stored in a special format, optimized for the iPod's small lower resolution screen, to save storage space. iTunes puts them into that format when syncing. There is setting in iTunes, on the iPod's Photos screen (where you set up syncing of photos) for Include full resolution photos. If that checkbox was checked when you synced the photos to the iPod, THEN you can Enable disk use and find those photo files on the iPod in the Photos folder.
Otherwise, you cannot get your photos back, using iTunes. There may be third-party utilities that can extract individual photos from the iPod, but they will still be lower-resolution versions of the original photo.

You can only deauthorize everything to do that. Click on Account under Quick Links. You can deauthorize all five there. But you can only do this once a year.
