How do I uninstall ITunes 7.1 and reinstall 7.0

I am having similar problems with my recent 7.1 update. I can not even open Itunes up, it goes right to the "closed unexpectedly" window.
Q. Can I uninstall 7.1 and go back to 7.0?
Q. Will I erase all of my music if I do this?

If necessary download iTunes 7.0 from http://www.oldapps.com/downloadiTunesmac.php
Drag the iTunes app to the trash. Remove the iTunesX.pkg receipt to the trash from HD>Library>Receipts>iTunes.pkg
Do not move any other files. Your music should be fine. As always it is best to have a backup. Open the iTunes .dmg and reinstall.

Can you please expand on your issue? As far as I can see all the previous functions of 11 are in 12 albeit shown differently. Using get info to edit date is still possible, again it looks and feels different.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Try these in order testing your system after each to see if it's back to normal:
1. a. Resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM
    b. Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
2. Restart the computer in Safe Mode, then restart again, normally. If this doesn't help, then:
     Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the
     COMMAND and R keys until the Utilities menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the
     computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager
     screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
3. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. How can I unistall Shake 4.1 and reinstall...The tutorial is not responding as it is supposed to. Screens are different than in book and items just aren't there; for instance "little_guys" in tutorial 2 shows a black rectangle above 'mitosis'node and the city landscape node. I checked under 'pixels' and found that they were all "0" (black). No matter what I try there is no picture associated with the nodes in tutorial 2. I want to erase all traces of Shake in my computer and reinstall. I believe the problem occured when I installed Shake Documentation on my desktop instead of $Home/nreal/ This was because I could find no way to get the tutorial folder into the nreal folder. I have been frustrated for days. Even when I get the node tree to appear, it contains no pictures to practice with.HELP?

Put shake folder in trash.
In the Library/Receipts folder drag the Shake.pkg file to trash. Empty trash.
Process does not remove nreal folders.

Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (The results from mydigitallife and Major Geeks are worth checking.)
After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp. Restart the PC, and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

Go to HD>Library>Receipts - remove the iTunesX.pkg to the trash.
Drag your iTunes app to the trash. B/U your iTunes Library file and .xml files. B/U your iTS purchases.
Repair permissions with Disk Utility - install iTunes - repair permissions again.
Open iTunes - if all is well you can empty the trash.

After installing 4.0 I lost the AVG tool bar which, after a lot of messing around, i lost all my AVG files. This problem is now solved.
Now when I try to log in on my on line banking account it tells I am already logged in on another browser and it sends me back to its homepage. Apparently the other browser must be FF3.6.

Thanks. I tried this and it actually works for the desktops shortcuts but when I pin the modified shortcut to the task bar and try to start either of the two firefox versions from there, the profile manager shows up and asks which profile I wanna use.
