How do I uninstall my latest upgrade of OS X 10.6.8 ?

Last week I was prompted to do a software update. Since then, my scanner can no longer communicate with my bank for e-deposits, my computer is running slower, I now load my video camera through the desk top instead of iPhoto, and iMovie clip library is frozen. I can work around everything but the iMovie.
How to I restore the previous OS X ?

If you have no backup, you can reinstall Snow Leopard from
your original disks and then apply 10.6.7 combo update.
You may need to update some of the Apple apps that
come with Snow Leopard disks. You can check that with
software update.
I STRONGLY suggest before doing that, that you get an
external hard drive and backup anything that is of value.
Things can just happen that can kill things.
Also, get a drive that is large enough to back up your entire
disk, so that once you finish the reinstall and are happy
with it, you can use Time Machine or some clone software
to back up your system so that you can easily revert back
in the future.
These days, external hard drives are cheap insurance.
Things can go bad at anytime, not just with updates.
So backup is a must in my opinion.

Is that correct?
If so you will need to find either the original install DVD disc for Leopard or Snow Leaopard, or the Retail Snow Leopard DVD you bought, and wipe the drive and reinstall that version of OS X.

I need to UNINSTALL the latest upgrade to Mozilla as I cannot locate in my hotmail e-mail a "Subject" line nor an "Attachment" link !!!!!!!

I've had almost every issue you've had. Finally on Friday the screen blacked out. It was obviously still charged, since I could hear the message ring, but when I tried to light up the display it didn't light so I was unable to get to it unless I removed the battery. Then, as soon as the display timed out, I couldn't get it lit up again without removing battery. I had the same slow movements throughout the display as well as slow text messaging. Every issue you had other than the alarm clock (that always worked well).
I took it in yesterday and, after over an hour spent there with a 'professional', I still had no answers. He told me to come home and copy everything from my sd card to my computer, then re-format my card. Well, my phone didn't even recognize that I had an sd card installed!! Nor did my computer!
So then I got to experimenting...I removed the card and viola!!!!!! The phone worked GREAT! It's never worked so fast! I then installed my husbands sd card to see if it was my phone's card reader or my card. Turns out that the phone still worked great with his card installed and it did recognize his card in my phone. So, my conclusion is that I need a new card. I couldn't believe the difference in speed of everything! It's like a brand new phone!
As for the hard reset...I did that over the weekend, before I could get to a verizon store. It didn't work at all.
I'd say, do the same thing I did and see if that works. Can't hurt!!! Please keep me posted. I'd like to see what you find out

How do I uninstall the latest update on iPhoto?

As many others are finding, the newest version of iPhoto is APPALLING. It keeps crashing, is unbelievably slow, and I just want my old version back. Plus, they've removed the 'compare' feature - why would you remove that?? It was excellent.
How on earth do I uninstall and update? Preferably without losing all my photos, obviously. It's driving me nuts. Apple: I don't even care about getting my money back, just make it so my iPhoto is a pleasure to use again.

You could put two photos side by side on the screen and easily delete one of them - that was the 'compare' feature. You can no longer do this, and it's darn frustrating when you have fifty photos of essentially the same thing and want to whittle that down to about 2. Comparing directly on the screen, with the very easy 'Compare' button that was in the bottom left, was ideal.
Why remove such an awesome feature? Why? And replace it with this 'Faces' rubbish that doesn't really work and frankly offers no benefit whatsoever?
I just want to delete this version and go back to my old version. That's it. Why must it be so complex?

To downgrade OS X you will need to erase the disk drive before the older version of OS X can be installed. This is a significant undertaking to accomplish. Before doing that you might want to trouble shoot to see if you can find the cause for the sluggishness.

The 6.0.1 version does not support AI Roboform, the one before does. When I accepted the 6.0.1 update, I was in a hurry and missed the disclaimer. I really need Roboform. All I want to do is go back to the previous version, or figure out a better way to keep my passwords.

After latest update (today), Firefox continually crashes. How can I uninstall this latest update? Tried creating new profiles and they also crash.

Firefox worked earlier today (August 19, 2013 about 6:30 pm EDT). When I opened Firefix after 9pm EDT, Firefox attempted to perform an update. No error was given, but now Firefox will not start. Running a Windows 8 machine with all updates and current security software with no known malware on my system.
