How do I uninstall this update?
I've just installed the latest Yosemite update and iPhoto has become Photo. I detest it - 10 000 photos all jumbled up in a tiny screen like on an iPad.
So, how do I uninstall this update?

The latest Firefox update, installed this morning 6/21/2011, disabled McAfee. After installation, a window appeared stating that McAfee was not compatible and couldn't be enabled. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Please let me know how to uninstall this update.

Thank you for your suggestions. There is an index on the columns in the group by, it is the PK index on TABLE1. I'm suspecting that due to the amount of data to update, the optimizer decided that full table scan is cheaper than index scan. I'm very interested in the GTT idea, but still need some help if I decide to create a GTT from the subquery, because if I just do this:
create global temporary table table1_tmp
on commit preserve rows
as SELECT comp#,polnum,a8dtef,a8deef,a8dtac,

Firefox 6 will not load when I click the icon. I have tried to uninstall it, both through the control panel and going straight to help.exe. In both cases nothing happens. How do I uninstall this program?
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

OK, I've downloaded Firefox 4.0, but there is no "continue" button to proceed with the "install" process! How do I install this update???
After saving the file which is likely called "Firefox Setup 4.0.1.exe" you need to run it to install Firefox 4.
If you do not clear the downloads from the download manager, you can run the installer from the downloads manager. Open the download manager, then right-click on the Firefox setup file and select Open. As soon as you start running the setup file, close Firefox. You need to do this so that the setup file can replace the files in the Firefox installation directory. -

If it was an APP update, and you've previously synced your iPhone to iTunes on your PC, AND you didn't sync your new app update ... then check iTunes to see if it has the older version of the app. Check the "Apps" tab and scroll down the list of apps to see if it's there ... then rightclick it and "Get Info" of that app. Check the version number. It should be a version less than the new app you have installed on your iPhone.
If you've updated the app through iTunes on your PC, then the OLD version will have moved to the trash. Check the trash for the old version. Delete the "new" version in iTunes and add the old version back into iTunes. Delete your "new" app on the iPhone. Then copy/sync the "old" version back into your iPhone.
If you're managing your apps only through iCloud and never synced to a computer, then, you can't do any of this.
This is more of an undo than an uninstall, but it works. -
