How do I unlock my phone using touchless control by speaking my PIN?

I just recently got my Droid Maxx & I am enjoying most of the features. I have set up & trained the launch phrase "Ok Google Now". I have set a PIN code for security to unlock the phone. I have the box checked that says "Speak PIN to unlock". But it still won't unlock by voice. I still have to type in my PIN, which can be dangerous while driving. When I say "Ok Google Now, unlock phone" I get the launch phrase sound (so I know it heard me), but then the PIN pad appears. If I type in my PIN, then it goes to a google search screen that has lists of articles & web pages about "unlocking phone".
What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do to get my phone to unlock by speaking my PIN?

With the new IOS 7 therer has been what is know as an activation lock in which disables the user to restore the device to default settings without knowing the password to the apple id. Once you have restored the device back to default settings it will then ask you to plug in the apple id password. Once you have verified your identity with the apple id password you will be good to go!

You cannot unlock an iPhone, only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it. Contact your carrier for assistance with unlocking.

The ONLY source of unlocked iPhones in UK is Apple retail Stores ( Apple owned )
all others will be locked to a carrier (did you buy from carphonewarehouse )

Unfortunately, you must restore it in iTunes on your computer. There is no way to retrieve a forgotten pass lock code.
You will need to Restore your device from the same computer that you most recently synced to. See - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414.

You are using another Vodaphone SIM card with a different number from the original SIM card and number the iPhone was originally authorized with?
It shouldn't make any difference, but you need to contact Vodaphone which is the only party that can officially unlock an iPhone that was sold as carrier locked with Vodaphone.
