I didn't know that my son keeps on putting the passcode several time to the point that it reach the longest wait ever (60minutes) disabled, now I slept and saw this morning, "connect to ituens". I just don't wanna do it, because I just turned off my iCloud, my photos and contacts hasnt been backed up.
So, thing is, is there any way to unlock the passcode of my iphone5? retaining all the photos and contacts of it?No, you won't be able to bypass it, otherwise, it wouldn't be very secure, would it?

Unfortunately, you must restore it in iTunes on your computer. There is no way to retrieve a forgotten pass lock code.
You will need to Restore your device from the same computer that you most recently synced to. See - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414.

If disabled because of a passcode, and you have not synced AFTER setting the passcode, you will have to force the phone into recovery mode & restore it as a new device. All data on your phone will be erased:
Turn your phone off. Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new. In your case, setup as "new" will be your ONLY option. -

upgraded to ios 5, now my voice mail is asking for a password or code to unlock to get voice mail. Didn't have a passcode before upgrade, so how do I reset the passcode?
So now I went back to the screen that orginally asked me for my Apple ID and passort, and instead of entering my Apple ID i entered the email address associated with it and the new password. It now tells me "You can't sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons. To enable your account, reset your passwort at iforgot.apple.com"
I have now changed my password twice and it still doesn't work.
Until I get this resolved my tablet is useless. -
My phone was run over. It still works enough to see some of the screen but not the number pad. I cannot unlock the phone because I activated find my iphone. Now I have a few more questions: If I mail my broken iPhone to Asurion, will I be able to get my data off of my iPhone once Asurion has it? And what will happen to my old iPhone and the data on it if I activate my replacement iPhone? Will my broken iPhone just become de-activated and will the data be erased or lost or something? Could I still sync it (with the computer ir originally synced with) and back up the data?

You should still be able to manually manage the music on your iPhone within iTunes. Make sure that when your iPhone is plugged in, look in the Summary tab to see if “Manually manage music and videos” is enabled and you can even you turn off Automatically Sync when this iPhone is connected.
