According to the instructions in MacLife (Newsstand) In order to cancel my subscription to MacLife, I’m to go to iTunes, accounts, manage accounts and ‘unsubscribe’ the magazine. Problem is, Mac Life is not listed as an option. It’s not listed at all, but I get (the option) to download Mac Life every month (for a price). How can I stop the Mac Life “Monthly Offer”/ Subscription when it is not listed it iTunes subscription list? I don't remember signing up for Mac Life, but ...oh well.

Adobe contact information will not help You. The Finnish sites are making the same loop. The worst thing is that they have send me e-post telling that my membership will continue after first year automatically with 60 % higher price. I don't need do anything I will not continue the membership. It seems impossible to end it. The onlys solution seems to be close the credit card.

well to be 100% technical, no you didn't but that aside, it good to know there are ways for people to transfer music into the default apps without iTunes, if they have a need.
I tend to use 3rd party apps for documents, like your mentioned iExplorer etc, which are handy.
I see from a search the two "apps" you mentioned are not iOS apps, which I had assumed, SyncPod and FreeSync are apps for your computer, that would explain their access to the default Music/Video apps.
I had wondered how Apple had allowed iOS apps in the store that could get around the sandboxing in iOS of apps.

I have the same problem. If I delete the lecture from iPad, it appears again after couple of minutes. I don't have the lecture in my iTunes.
I think I tried everything:
delete from iPad
subscribe back to PC and then delete it from both iPad and PC
subscribe back to PC and then delete it from PC and then iPad
I even delete iTunes U and installed it back
Nothing helps. The lecture is there back as soon as I run iTunes U. It is really frustrating and I want to throw the iPad from my window.
