How do i update firefox so that it is on firefox 15?

How do I update my firefox so that it is at the 15 level? I have netflix and everytime I try to watch a show it asks me to install silverlight. I called netflix and they said that it is a firefox issue and that I need to be updated to firefox 15.
I am also wondering: Why do you not offer a service call? I tried looking for a number to call and talk to someone and I couldn't find one on your site.

Your system details list doesn't show the Silverlight plugin, so either you have not installed the Silverlight for Firefox or Firefox isn't finding it by scanning in the usual places.
You can also use Tools > Add-ons to open the Add-ons Manager and click the Plugins tab to see if Silverlight is installed, but is disabled.

I am running firefox version 3.5.9 in Kubuntu9.10. I know that version 3.6.6 of firefox is available. I checked automatic update status with the step-by-step guide in your site. When I click on "Help" in firefox, I am getting a total of 7 choices as against the 9 choices shown at your site. The first two and the last three as shown in your site are there. The third choice in my window is "Report Web Forgery" and the fourth one is "Report a Problem". So, how will I update the 3.5.9 version to 3.6.6 version? Although I can download the 9.8MB file at your site, I do not know how to "RUN" it on Linux. Please help.

A long time ago I tried to update firefox from 3.6 to the newest one, but it never did. I tried it several times. I looked in my program file and it has file for a lot of firefox 4, 10 12. Your best bet is to download the latest version from http://www.mozilla.org/ and install that. It should install over version 3.6 and keep all your settings, though I would always do a back up just in case.

When you export a project Aperture makes it a library. So just double click on the 'project' in the Finder and Aperture will open with this as its current library.
