Using Form Central you can distribute your form as a web-based HTML form, a fillable PDF form, or both.
You can copy the URL or the embed code for the form and post it on your website. When a respondent clicks the link, the fillable form opens in a browser window.
The only exception: These options don’t apply to fillable PDF forms that you imported into Adobe FormsCentral.

You can then upload the resources folder using FTP and link to the index.html file.

I think that this is a more SalesForce.com question and think you will have more chance looking at SOAP API Developer's Guide for salesforce. Sending a SOAP request from the API Server is very straight forward and there are several tutorials and well documented about this.

My form central year long subscription will expire soon and I have not received a pro-rated bill for February. I would like to continue using the form central service until it closes in july. No, all LCD forms can only be edited in LCD.
And the second trial is probably not going to work, unless you install it
on a different computer.
The best way to salvage your form, in my experience, is to print it to the
Adobe PDF printer, creating a new flat PDF file and then running the Form
Detection Wizard in Acrobat on it and continuing from there. It probably
won't do a perfect job, but it should recognize some of the fields.

I'm trying to upload my cv to a job website on my iPad 3, but when I click on the websites upload button, it only allows me to select from the photos file on my iPad. Does anyone know how to change this to upload files, from Dropbox as an example.

There is no upload to website function in Pages.
Due to the security sandboxing of apps in iOS, each app only has access to its own files. You may be able to find an alternative browser that allows uploading of files other than photos. I believe "iCab" can do this. You would need to transfer the file you want to upload to the app doing the uploading first. Check the apps documentation for how to do this.

The Import a PDF Form feature allows you to collect and analyze the form data through FormsCentral, it does not make the form a web form, there is no associated URL. You can of course make the FormsCentral enabled PDF you Save/download available for download from your own web site for users to fill out in Adobe Reader, but there is no web version of the PDF.

I have photos on my iPhone that I wish to upload to my iMac and then share using Skype. How do I do that now that my iPhoto library has been converted to Photos?
(1) I do not want to send my photos via iCloud
(2) I do not want to copy any photos from my iMac to my iPhone.
Why did this get so complicated? Why can't I drag and drop?

When I create my own photo slide shows, or collages or whatever I want to be able to just upload them to my own personal website. Just like you can with the Jalbum software. I tried using the option to upload them to the website Adobe creates for you on their website but it doesn't work properly. Photos are blank and/or missing, and it's a hassle to notify people of it, etc. I want to know if there is a way to save them in HTML format or whatever so you can just upload them to your own personal website with out having to use Adobe's website and you can just share it that way. You should be able to mail the Memo's to a desktop or laptop computer and or laptop or Sync it via Itunes and upload the .mp3 files to the website.
To mail the mp3 memo you just have to hit th little arrow icon on the bottom of the voice memo app and selec send via mail.
You need to configure your e-mail in mail if you haven't yet.
