How do I upload a movie to Iphone without wiping all **** data from it including music and photos?

I have this iPhone, I've been asked to upload 3 movies to it, since they failed to do that. I'm a heavy Android user and I'm so ****** off that I have to deal with all this We have 2.5 GB left, I want to delete a movie but there's no Delete option anywhere in right click menu or the window. I wanted to try and upload atleast one movie but you can't drag and drop into iTunes or something. I figured out in the very beginning that you've gotta sync the computer to it, but if I wanna do that it threatens me with total removal of data from my friend's iPhone. I authorized the computer, logged into iTunes, turned home sharing on. Pressed all buttons literally (except those which approve the phone wipe )
HELP!"!?!?! END THIS PLEASE!!!!

    Deleting the iCloud account on your phone only deletes it from your phone, not from iCloud.  The account an it's data will not be touched, and your father's phone will not be effected by this.  Just go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account, then sign back in using your Account.

    There are several options to choose from its either you will buy directly from itunes which go directly to movie. Another option is that convert first your movie to mpeg4 by using any converter software, then after converted drga the file (movie) to itunes library.     If restoring using your backup didn't work, you'll have to save as much of your data as you can (import your photos to your computer, sync your contacts and other data with iCloud, email things like Notes and Voice Memos to yourself, sync with iTunes to transfer all your purchases, etc.) and then restore it as new without using your backup.

    Well, I believe I found it.....
    When I connect the IPhone the device name pops up under devices in the selection column. Right click on the device name and select "Back-up".....
    If this is incorrect please let others know as I won't be able to because my wife will have destroyed all computers in the house for losing her data.
