How do I upload my academic evidence???

Adobe has kindly set upp to charge me with 2 accounts one for my academic accountand another full paying account because I havent provided my academic evidence which will begin in December.
The help desk sent me an email telling me that was the reason why I had 2 accounts set up.
Except they failed to mention how I provide with the academic evidence so I can cancel the full paying account and then continue with my academic one. I hve now wasted most of the afternoon trying to find where I send/upload the evidence?
It is nowhere to be seen.
I am really hating Adobe at the moment and cant believe that Im promoting this service to my students. It is third rate support if there is any I am fed up with it and if there were alternative tools to use I would ditch adobe withhout a blink of an eye. I hate being held to ransom and having my time and money wasted by this awful setup.
If anyone knows how to upload the evidence I would greatly appreciate it.

Direct submission to the ibookstore has to be done from a Mac. I think there are online services where you can rent access to one. You can also use an Aggregator, who does the submission indirectly for you.

That is very strange... I wonder if it has something to do with the firmware or some sort of error. I haven't ran into this but at the shop I work at I've ran into several firmware errors on iPhone 4 all the way through the 5s. Maybe its something as simple as putting a different part of the code into iTunes... I know you can something of this extent. I would look up error 1669, I know you have tried a number of things but look it up on the forum and see what fixes are available so that you may be able to restore it properly without all this garbage you are running into. Just a thought for you.

Hi @TStanwood, it's possible, but the only way to do it is if you host your files on Adobe CDN or if you host it on your own server and then display an iframe with the index file in Webflow.
That's the way to do it before we allow for hosting of non-image files on Webflow.
After you have them hosted on your own server you can follow these instructions found on the Adobe forums:http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1166851
You'll have to add this to your head code:

I don't have a server to upload the files to. I really don't even know what any of this means.

On Demand doesn't support adding attachments via web services. One
solution I've seen is depending on the scenario is to create a web link
field on an object that's based on a custom text field. Your web service
can populate that custom field and the web link can generate a dynamic
link to the file in On Demand's UI. However, this depends on where the
attachment is located and if the user needs some sort of firewall access.

You can select multiple files in the Windows Explorer dialog using the Ctrl key, or in Mac OS X Finder using the Cmd key. Once you have multiple files selected just click the upload button. Or use drag and drop from the desktop to the browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer it does not support multiple file upload. This is per design by Microsoft.

I have a couple of different iPhoto libraries. Now that I've upgraded to photos, I am using iCloud and it is currently uploading all the photos & videos from the library Initally opened. How can I upload the other libraries into iCloud? Will they automatically upload once I use the option key and open the different library??
Also, does Photos need to be running for things to upload to iCloud?

Depends on why it's ineligible. If it's under 96 Kpbs, try right-clicking on the file and choosing Create AAC Version. (If you don't see this option, go to iTunes>Preferences, click "Import Settings..." then choose "Import Using: AAC Encoder" and "Setting: iTunes Plus".) Then rescan your library to see if this version will add to iTunes Match. Or, after changing your import setting, just re-import the song to your iTunes library.
If the song is over 200 MB you would have to reduce it's size to make it eligible.

The app called "Air Sharing" allows you to do that. Connect to a wifi network, run the program and you can mount your iphone as a drive using Finder. Upload all the PDFs you like, and you can open them from within the Air Sharing app. Also, you can view most image files, most office files, etc.

You can't do it directly from your iPad, the camera connection kit only copies photos/videos to the iPad's Photos app, it can't be used to copy them off.
You can copy photos to a computer and from there to the memory stick : Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC.
