You access photo stream photos from the last 30 days by signing inot your account and enabling photo stream. (Older photo stream photos are no longer in iCloud.) You can recover your camera roll photos, as well as text messages, app data, ringtones, settings, apps and other purchased media, by restoring the iCloud backup of your previous device.

You cannot view Photo Stream photos on iCloud.com.
To view Photo Stream photos on your desktop you need a Mac running OS X 10.7.5 or later or a PC (via iCloud Control Panel) running Windows Vista or later.
Mac: System Preferences > iCloud > Sign In > enable Photos
PC: Install iCloud Control Panel > Sign In > enable Photos

Photo stream photos can only be accessed from an iOS device or computer that is signed into your iCloud account with photo stream enabled. (You can set this up on your PC as explained here: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/pc.html.) You can't see them on icloud.com unless they are shared as a public website.

To delete it just from the album and not the library select it and hit the Delete key. If you want to remove it from the album and the library select it and type Command+Option+Delete. That will move the photo to the Trash bin at the left which will then have to be emptied via the iPhoto ➙ Empty Trash menu option.

Go to Settings > iCloud and log in with the Apple ID. Then, go to Photos > Photo Stream and you should see your photos. Press Share button, select them and import to your device

I have been trying for days to upload just one picture from my PC to my iPhone. I have tried both iCloud and iTunes. Neither of them have screens that match instructions in the iPhone manual. I don't want to synch anything. Just upload one picture.

If the contacts are in iCloud, log into www.icloud.com, edit the contact and add the photo. It will sync to the device.
If the contacts are in another cloud service, log into that service and do the same thing.
If the contacts only exists on the device. STOP! Sync them to iCloud, another cloud service, or a supported app on your computer immediately or risk losing them should the device fail or be lost/stolen.

But Aperture libraries cannot by stored in a cloud storage. An Aperture library needs to be on a locally mounted drive, because aperture does not support remote access to the library. If you try to move your Aperture library to a Dropbox or on iCloud Drive, it will be corrupted by the network access.

I Have a 5s iPhone updated to 8.1---- have installed iCloud Photo Library---- will only upload 4oo of 21,000 photos--- will not upload any photos from iTunes.
