How do I use my iTunes Balance instead of a Credit Card?

I want to gift money I have in my account. I had that money because I reedeemed an iTunes Gift Card. However, when I go to gift something it keeps asking for me to put a credit card. Even if I put a credit card I can only send money from the credit card. How do I gift the money left in my balance.

You can't gift items or amounts from your account's balance, you can only gift from a credit card.

Hello Kristi,
It sounds like you have credits on your account but you are prompted to enter your credit card info. This is normal, to cover any charges that may go beyond the credits in your account.
Order of iTunes billing methods
When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.

Just go get a prepaid Visa or something. Put a small amount of money on it and then use that to open an account. If that doesnt work just call them. Contacting Apple for Support and Service 1 800 275-2273

I do not think the Zeen will work if you no longer have the C510 printer. The printer is necessary to ensure the Zeen is up to date. The Zeen is simply not a standalone device, it is a component of the printer. I can not say this with certainty that it will not work, so it is worth trying to reset the Zeen to finding out for sure.
When you see this message, "must dock the Zeen to the printer to continue", can you access the settings using the 3rd icon above the touch screen? If so we can do a factory reset, if not there is no other way I can think of to bypass this message.
I just tried a reset on a Zeen I have access to, after the initialization, it prompts me to attach the Zeen to the printer to continue with product setup. it appears my original speculation was correct. No, you can not use the Zeen without the printer.

If you are asking about getting the cash value out, it is not possible. The credit balance can only be used for purchases in the iTunes Store.

It should be doing it that way. See below for the official Apple description. If it is not working as stated, contact iTunes Customer Service.

After you set up your family, any time a family member initiates a new purchase it will be billed directly to your account unless that family member has gift or store credit. First, their store credit will be used to pay the partial or total bill. The remainder will bill to the family organizer's card.

I created my AppleID as informed to, the way without any card details.
I tried to use it to sign into ITunes and have to review my account, now it wants credit card details and I havnt got one!

I know that you can make a free account in the Apps Store, but every time I type in my email address and password then click Sign in, a message displays saying; "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store. Please review your account information."
I click review and follow the prompts but, the "free" option for the credit card info isn't there.
Why can't I get a free account with iTunes with my already existing Apple ID? I really don't want to make a whole new email address just for iTunes.

You need to create free _iTunes account_ using your existing AppleID. You cannot sign in until you create an _iTunes account_ with your existing AppleID.
Follow the link Jim posted and select *Create new account*. This creates a new _iTunes account_ using your existing AppleID.
