How do I view sent e.mails

You cannot view emails in Adobe Reader. It only reads PDF files. If you want to find out how to transfer a PDF from an email, read this:

This is going to be easy! Just log in http://vz.to/1e948q1, click on "Send and Manage Messages from the My Device section that appears when hovering your mouse over "My Verizon" next to "Support" at the top. Please know that iMessages will not show up in our records as they use data instead of texts.

I would be curious, saraho_vzw, is your answer only valid if you have Verizon Messages installed/activated on the iPhone 6?

  • How to retrieve a 'sent' e-mail from the server?

One of my users has gone out of town, left her laptop at home, and now (of course) desperately needs me to retrieve an e-mail she sent to a customer last night. It's a POP account, what would be the best way for me to locate this sent message on the server so I can forward it to another person in our company? (I do know the approximate time it was sent, and the recipient's name).
    Suggestions greatly appreciated! Many thanks--

    Tony,
leaving messages on the server when using POP3 will work for received messages. Sent messages still don't get stored by the mail client when using POP3 (unless you have used an option like "copy to self" or similar).
Even if POP3 and IMAP are enabled on the server, behaviour is unfortunately determined by the client.
An IMAP client considers all folders remote (unless told otherwise), a POP3 client considers them local.
So for what has happened in the past there is no solution. For the future he can either use IMAP or tell the POP3 client to leave messages on the server AND use an option like BCC to self.

  • I do I view sent emails on my iPad mini?

How do I view sent emails from mi iPad mini?

It sounds like you have tapped the "Folder" icon. This allows you to move emails from one folder to another. Cancel out of there and turn the iPad to Landscape orientation to see all available mailboxes. Or while in the Portrait orientation tap the "Mailboxes" icon in the top left corner.

  • How can I view previously sent e-mails ( with images attached or photo-mail)in Adobe Photoshop?

I would like like to be able to view previously sent e-mails in the "photo mail".
Then I would like to be be able to forward them to a new address.
Also, when I include my own e-mail, gmail thinks the address is unvalidated or is phising. I sent a copy to my own e-mail to be able to review what had been sent.
    Any suggestions?
    Thank you.

The organizer is not a browser, it is a database : even if it can show photos in your folders structure, it only works on the files wich have been 'imported' and registered in the catalog. It can show your registered pictures displayed according to the real folder structure based on the paths registered with each present file, but you'll have problems if some upper level folder is empty.
On the other hand, the items registered in a catalogue can't be duplicates, and the Organizer prevents duplicates to be registered. There is no simple one click way to override this constraint, which would mean a different database 'key', that is to rename the duplicates you want to register.
Practical way : since you have to rename the duplicates before importing them, you could do this directly in Windows or any other freeware like Faststone photoresizer.
Or you could open those pictures directly from the editor, browsing in your folder structure.
Imagine you have duplicates in a folder and want to rename them and import them using only PSE :
    - From the editor, use the 'process multiple files' to export the files from this folder and rename them, for instance 'IMG_0012.jpg' + 'dupl' stating the same destination folder
    - Try again to 'get files and videos' from the organizer.

  • How restore aol sent mac mail from time machine?

I am using mac mail and an imap connection to aol.  I also have a time capsule and use time machine for backing up. Yesterday I stopped receiving incoming mail in mac mail and tried deleting the aol account in mac mail and then setting it up fresh.  I was shocked to find that my 25,000 AOL sent emails did not restore! I was told by an apple genius bar rep several months ago that once mail was on my machine that the emails would NEVER be lost.  Apparently this is not true.  When I open mac mail and go into my time capsule using time machine, however, do not see the SENT mail icon under AOL--it goes away?  When I try to restore the aol mail from the day before the incident the only thing that comes up is the one Sent Mail mssg that I sent AFTER the deleting and restoring of my AOL account in mac mail. The only relevant post I have found is the one below which was posted in 2008.  Please let me know there is a way to get back my sent messages.  I can't get them directly from the aol server because the server does not save messages that are sent from any client but AOL. Thanks.

Restoring Apple Mail and Your Emails from Time Machine
filed under: How-To tags: mail, timemachine Tuesday, January 29, 2008, 11:31 am
UPDATE (25 August 2010): Please note that this post is well over 2 years old and as Tim pointed out in the comments below, this method may not be the best solution for restoring emails. According to his restore efforts, changes where made to the timestamp from the date in which they were received to the date in which they were restored. I have not tested this myself.
The hard drive on my PowerBook completely died the other day, but I luckily had been running Time Machine backups since upgrading to Leopard. (I wasn’t all that ****** off seeing as I was eager for an excuse to replace my wimpy 40Gb hard drive with a new 160Gb drive). I fumbled a bit, looking for a specific Apple Mail restore tool. I knew where all my emails lived, but I thought that Apple would have a specific means for restoring apps like Mail. So I created this mini-tutorial on how to restore Apple Mail from Time Machine simply because I could not find this method elsewhere.
Supposedly, If you attach your Time Machine backup drive, open Apple Mail then launch the Time Machine application, you are presented with historical views of Apple Mail. This did not work for me, the historical views were just blank, so the steps below do not take this approach.
Restoring Your Emails from a Time Machine Backup
Warning: If you have already setup Apple Mail with your accounts and preferences, this will negate ALL your doings.
Note: This process will restore all your email accounts, preferences, passwords, smart mailboxes, etc.
    The How-To
Before loading Time Machine, open the Finder and navigate to Home Folder (username) -> Library. In there will be a folder name “Mail”. Rename it to “Mail (default)” (Select the folder then hit the Return key to rename).
Mount your Time Machine Backup Drive (ahem, plug it in).
Control + Click the Time Machine Application and chose “Browse Other Time Machine disks…”. This, of course, brings up the historical view of your backups.
Go back to your most recent backup (2nd window back) and navigate to Home Folder (username) -> Library. Select the “Mail” folder and click the restore button (bottom right).
Once the restore is completed, open Apple Mail and you will be presented with an import wizard (below). Simply follow through the prompts and you will be good to go.
    That’s it!UPDATE (20-January-2009): After step 4., also restore ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plistThanks Jon C.
If you have multiple mail accounts, you should also restore the ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist file as well. This will ensure all of your account settings are imported. – Jon C.

Don't try to restore the file; restore the Note. Go in Mail to the mailbox where the note belongs. Enter Time Machine from there and step back until you find the Note.

  • How can I make a rule to mark all messages sent to Mail Trash as Read?

How can I make a rule to mark all messages sent to Mail Trash as Read?
When I look at some emails on my phone, I can see from the title that I don't need to read the email so I delete it without opening it. When I go to my Macbook Pro and open mail, the number of unread messages in my Trash shows next to the name. It drives me nuts. Can I just set a rule to mark all messages sent to trash as read? If that isn't possible, I'd take just making the number not show beside the Trash folder.

Just in the case that I actually do need to go back to them for some reason. I have some OCD tendencies which is also why the number beside the folder drives me nuts.

  • How do i save all my mail in my inbox and sent box?

    hello
i am going to upgrade my OSX to Snow Leopard
how do i save all my mail in my inbox and sent box then restore it when my new OSX is installed?
    thanks in advance
    tk

It's always good to have a backup, but Snow Leopard should leave all your data intact, just install new OS components & updated Apple Apps.
If you don't have room to back everything up...
    On Mail...
First Quit Mail, then I'd backup these two Mail folders, by right clicking on them in the Finder, then choose Archive/Compress.
    Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail
    Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail Downloads
(Could be a different folder here if you chose such in Mail Prefs)
Right click on that Mail folder, choose archive, you'll get everything in the folder, and the folder itself in a file called Mail.zip, move it to a safe place, same for the Mail Downloads folder... only the plist is separate.
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist
    For Address Book, quit AB...
    Files...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AddressBook.plist
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AddressBook.abd.plist
    Folders...
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/
    /Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/com.apple.AddressBook/

  • How to differentiate between printed form and form sent by Mail

    Hello All,
We have a requirement where we need to print a different text in the smartform based on whether the PO is being printed or being sent by mail. There is a radio button in PO Output screen which lets you select whether to print the PO or send it by mail. Would anyone know which table holds this data?
    Thanks for your time.

    Hi
Which SRM version are you using ?
<u>You can change smartform in transaction SMARTFORMS. Choose From BBP_PO and click on edit button. Go to Global Settings\Global definitions and go to Initialization tab.</u>
<u><b>You will find the relevant field in SF_PO structure</b>
Based on the PO GUID, read the PO relevant data using the function module BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL. Hope here you can identify the table / field names as well.
    </u>
    <u>Also, you can add
IF... ENDIF statements and add a flag variable
based on the current status of document. And use this flag to differntiate between the two statuses.</u>

  • Viewing Sent Mail Causes Mail to Quit Unexpectedly

I am on an iMac, OS X 10.6.8 using Mail 4.5.  I have two different email accounts that I use.  No problems with sending messages, but I can not view the copy in the Sent folder for either mailbox.  When I try to open a Sent message, Mail crashes with a message 'Mail has quit unexpectedly' and no other information. I really need to access copies of my Sent messages!  This happens with both email accts.

I have this too and it's driving me crazy. Wish some expert could address it, 'cause I'm not finding solutions anywhere.
Bit since you posted about this a long time ago, did you figure a fix? Do you remember what it was?
