How do logos make it to the app tab when you pin them. Some sites do, some don't . Good for small businesses to know, also helps me know which sites I've pinned. Currently most are a piece of paper at the top, not a logo. Thanks.
I've pinned several sites so far. Netzero has a nice logo, the others do not, which makes it hard to tell which sites at first glance. I do think smaller businesses would also benefit from understanding how to design their website so their logo ends up on a pinned tab.

Which apps are you referring to ? If Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iPhoto and iMovie then they are free to people who have activated a device since 1st September 2013, and have iOS 7 installed on the device.

All the App Tabs disappeared when I opened Firefox after quitting. I understand that the App Tabs that I had set remains there if I close the browser and not quit. So does that mean that I have to create App Tabs every time I restart FireFox?

Make sure that you do not use [[Clear Recent History]] to clear the "Browsing History" if Firefox is closed because that prevails and prevents Firefox from opening tabs from the previous session.

Just installed v5 of Firefox over v4.1 to XP system, 2Gb memory. Reinstalled 2Java updates, Silverlight and adobe reader as recommended in post firefox installation window. Rebooted and tried to make the new AppTabs work to no avail.
I"m not sure what else you need. The new AppTabs are not working. When Firefox is closed, AppTabs do not reappear when it is reopened later. They were installed by right-click on open tab as instructed on your upgrade website. Tabs were for yMail, gMail, and iGoogle. I have not tried to pin any other apps or sites. Is there anything I can do to make this work, or is this a bug? Use FF3 and taking a look at FF4. I set up some App Tabs. Close FF4. Open FF4. No App Tabs.

from the top of my head I don't know if you can set the order by clause on a datablock dynamically <<-Yes you can set it with set_block_property. You don't really want to put it in the where clause because if the user enters query criteria in database fields, they will get appended after the order by and the query will fail. -

Without the in-app purchase you are only a very basic set of instruments. The added content will make the app much more versatile, but it needs a lot of extra space. If you are not really using GarageBand a lot, you may want to keep it small.
The download needs a reliable internet connection,, but other than that, I do not know of any problems created by installing it.

Apple clearly is a leader and thankfully are bringing fantastic products and initiatives to the market.
I certainly hope that the company doesn't get arrogant like it seems to do when forcing people trying to get free apps to put in credit card details.
I suspect it wouldn't be too much work to allow users to try it out first by using some free apps and when they are personally ready they can purchase to their little hearts desire.
Poor showing from this perspecitive and easy to fix.Never put your credit card info into iTunes as Apple credit card security is horrible. There are many cases of credit card problems with Apple. My credit card was compromised 2 weeks after creating an Apple account. That was the ONLY online usage of my credit card.
Apple does NOT follow PCI compliance which is the credit card industry standards for credit card data protection. It requires all companies to NOT store credit card information online because (surprise, surprise Apple!) it can be hacked.
Why does Apple need to store the credit card data and put the information at risk and why do they not follow industry (PCI Compliance) guidelines - especially for free aps or updates? -
I've been trying to edit and export timelapses I've shot in July. It's been an uphill battle since then.
First Lr gave me mountains of issues (seems to be doing ok now) and now Ppro and AMe is doing the same. Since I've downloaded the update last week they have both just stopped working. AME doesn't even want to start up anymore. Ppro starts ok but won't export anything anymore. The is one older project that I've finished before the update. That exports fine. But any new project I've created since refuses. I'm dropping the images into a 4k sequence, the dropping the 4k sequence into a 1080 sequence so I can ad some movement. Bet even if I take the images directly to the 1080 sequence it crashes the moment I hit export.
The timeline on this project is KILLING me! It's not supposed to take this long.

If you have a CUDA GPU, ensure that the Mercury Playback Engine is set to CUDA, not OpenCL
Disable App Nap
Reboot once more

File Explorer will hide the .cab file extension for the GoogleMaps installer, but its icon should be similar to a document with a little box in front of it with the lid open. -
