We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
The payment methods that are available in your country will show on your account. If debit cards aren't available on that screen then you won't be able to use it as your payment method.

Can someone please help? I've tried changing my payment method from credit card to paypal, but the link seems to be broken and I just get the various options (pay pal, sofort banking, other credit card) with no "pay now" button to be found. Thanks for any help!

If you wish to change the payment method, you will need to cancel this subscription and purchase a new one via the other payment method.

You need to contact Apple so they can zero out the balance for you > Contacting Apple for support and service

My ID was disabled after a paypal dispute but after an entire evening on the phone with support and security, that was resolved. Any suggestions? If I have to spend more time on the phone with support, I will. But I would rather not.

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They can clear the remaining balance for you so you can change countries. You may, however, wish to just create a new iTunes Store account in the Russian store. Otherwise you may lose the ability to update any apps you purchased in the US store.

clean way is to reset your ipad in the option menue.
other way is, start itunes app on ipad. scroll down. down left is the actual login. tap it. logout, login other account.
sync with your itunes. iam not sure if you get problems when syncing mixed 2 itunes accounts, so clean way is reset ipad

How to change the payment method of a subscription...

Hello!
I have just purchased a subscription in skype via credit card. Now I seek for a way to change the payment method from credit card to bank transfer.
My problem here is, that when I go to the subscriptions page, I get the option to ''change payment method'', after which I get redirected to the payments page where I just can ''add a payment method''. This gives me the option to add a new credit card, which kind of fails the sense of changing the payment method at least for me.
Am I overlooking something or can it really be possible that I am stuck with paying by credit card until I cancel my subscription?
As a side info, I'm located in Finland, therefore I do only have access to Finnish banks (in case that makes any difference).
I hope someone can help me solve this problem.

As I understand you have a restriction on your PayPal account, unfortunately this is something Skype can't help you with.
But you can try alternative payment methods: www.skype.com/intl/en-us/prices/ways-to-pay/
Another option is to let your friend set up Skype Manager account, purchase credit there and allocate it to you: https://support.skype.com/en-us/faq/FA10519/What-is-Skype-Manager-and-how-does-it-work

In Txn FBZP.
1. Use 'Payment method in country' to create a new payment method 'P' as copy of
    payment method 'C'.
2. Use 'Payment method in company code' to add method 'P' to 3010 ( Company
     code). The only difference between 'C' and 'P' should be the SAPScript check
     form.
3. Create a proposal with payment method 'C'. in Txn F110, Manually change the
    payment method to 'P'.
Here my question is how to change the payment method from "C" to "P" manually.

Payment method cannot be switched from credit card to PayPal in the current contract.
Please reach out to support here to cancel the current subscription and then purchase a new order with PayPal.

Have you created the account? If yes, the following procedures cant be applied. You have to open a new account for this to work!
In your PC:
1.Open iTunes and navigate to App Store!
2. Sign-out of Apple ID.
3. Upon seeing a free app, you'll notice that a button named FREE is displayed beneath so when you click it, it downloads automatically.
4. Click it, now a dialog box opens up asking you to provice your Apple login details, in that box you'll notice the option named CREATE AN ACCOUNT, click it and create a new ID.
5. On the payment page, there will be an optin named NONE, select it and complete the registration.
Its done.
