How do transfer from iPad one to iPad three

Was wanting to know how u transfer from iPad one to iPad three

First, sync the iPad 1 to your computer with iTunes.
Then, sync the new iPad 3 through iTunes where you can restore the most recent backup to the new iPad.

Video transfer from computer to new ipad (ret disp) shows transfering process, but it's not in video or movie  . ...Where'd it go ? sync automatically downloaded some -  but was a bit prejudiced and selective with content mainly all edited by me in Moviemaker (windows 7, probably the reason)
I use technology since neanderthals roamed the planet . ....don't quite understand  all the nuances  . .. .So, my all things "i" (apple/mac) guru has arranged a meeting,    and I'm impatient.  I know some of my videos are in several formats, etc... and I don't quite understand the differences . ...to me, it's complicated, as Alec Baldwin would say.
Unfortunately, I'm "late" to the game metaphoricaly ( windows vs apple/mac ). I have a couple ipods and actually endorse the ijet remote device (Co. from San Diego). I have pro tools and other hi tech gear in the pro keyboards/sequencing arena where I've been writing computer music since 80's and it's evolution.

The Apple video app is very limited in what it will play. If you have multiple video formats and if they will play on an iPad, then you likely need a 3rd party vidoe app. One such is BUZZPlayer which is available in the iTunes App Store on a Mac or PC or from the App Store app on an iOS device.
You transfer the videos to 3rd party video apps using iOS File Sharing.

Copy all the content on your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes. Then go ahead and sync the iPod with your new library.
See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different methods and software available to assist you with the task of copying content from your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes.

  • How to transfer more than one files over internet at once?

    hi, friends,
I just wonder how to transfer more than one files from one computer to another over internet at once. Not using ftp. pls any one give me the solution.

This isn't hard to do, but it depends on your exact need. I did something very similar to let me upload all my mp3 file from home to work using sockets (don't have the code anymore..).
What I did was implement a "pull" approach rather than a "push" approach. In other words, everytime my server got a request from a client, it served up the next file. It didn't know or care that the client was always the same.
If you can set up a server to serve one file when a client attaches, then basically just put that code in a loop.
If this doesn't meet you need, it might still be helpful as a starting point...

  • Computer was stolen--how to transfer from iPod to new computer

My computer was stolen and I want to transfer my iPod library to my new computer. I know how to transfer from one computer to another using an iPod but is there a way to do it when I don't have the computer that has my iTunes library?

There are a number of third party utilities you can use to retrieve the files from your iPod. This is just a selection.
    YamiPod
    PodUtil
    PodPlayer
    iPodAgent
There is also a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive posted in this thread: iPod to iTunes
If your iPod was set for automatic update change it to manual update. While connecting the iPod to the computer, hold down the Shift + Ctrl keys. This will stop the iPod from auto-syncing with iTunes and the iPod will appear in the source list. Wait until you are sure the iPod has mounted, and that it will not auto sync and then you can let the keys go. This may take between 3 and 30 seconds depending on your computer. Then go to Preferences>iPod and check the "Manually manage songs and playlists" box.
Keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync again.
Another way is to connect your iPod and before it starts to sync, click the little X on the right hand side of the display beside the "Do Not Disconnect" message. The display is the little window to the right of the iTunes control buttons: iPod Interface
Or you could look at the method described in this link: How to keep iTunes from automatically updating your iPod
Go with whichever method you feel most comfortable. If at any point you are asked if you want to link your iPod to a new library, click No.

    Hi
Did anybody have ipad1 and bought ipad 2, I need to transfer from ipad 1 to ipad 2, anyway to do it?

As long has you have synced your iPad via iTunes, then when you first plug in the iPad 2, it will ask you if you want to restore your iPad 1 settings and apps to your iPad 2.
If you want to transfer everything you can, on the same computer you used for old iPad, just restore the new iPad from the backup of your old iPad.

  • How to transfer an app to another iPad via a PC?

      Hi, iPad gurus!
I've been asked for help by an acquaintance of mine. iPads are unfamiliar to me. I'm not even friends with sync of iPhone apps installed on my MacBook Pro.
      Actually, I've got two questions.
      Question 1:
Is it possible to download iPad apps with the help of a non-Apple computer (Sony Vaio)?
I mean, to be able to enter the store for iPad applications, then to send the app to an iPad somehow.
The reason why I want to use a non Mac gadget is that I think that it's more convenient to work with apps or with any data at anything larger than iPads, while at home. Moreover, imho, the device should be the largest available in the house. The acquaintance has a MacBook Air. But he's also got an access to a large Sony monitor with a full size large keyboard.
      Question 2.
Now, there are two iPads  (I'll give them the names: iPad #1 and iPad #2). The task is to install on one iPad (iPad #2) all the same apps that have already been installed on another iPad. I mean to synchronize, cutting the full path which has been passed by iPad #1  (that is, without the process of looking up for each separate app somewhere in the Internet or iTunes). When I was asked for help, I was unable to offer anything except to manually install on iPad #2 the same app, that had been on iPad #1. And you know, what I can't explain was that while I was busy installing Viber, another freshly installed app from iPad #1 appeared on iPad #2 without my efforts (Russian Yandex Navigator).
So, how do I arrange the sync?

Do both iPads use the same Apple ID?

Hi how to log out from apple store in ipad mini

From the Home Screen, tap AND HOLD any of the App icons until they wiggle. The ones you can delete will have an "x" in the top-left corner. Tap the "x" of the app you wish to delete and follow the on-screen prompt. The apps that do NOT have the "x" while wiggling cannot be deleted as they are system-embedded apps. To exit from the wiggling icons mode, tap the Home button once.
Note that you cannot delete apps (purchased or free) from the App Store. they remain there indefinitely in the cloud (or until they are removed by Apple or the developer for some reason).
