my battery life is decreasing and i would like to replace my battery im still covered by my one year warrenty, how do i contact them? Do i have to call because if available i would rather not call

I am pretty sure it is the only other way than finding a close retail store (apple authorized) to replace your battery for you. I ham having the same problem with my iPod too.

I don't see a logical place to ask your question on that page, so a good place to start might be with the Corporate address and telephone number in the top right corner. If those are not the right place for your question, the person answering the phone (or the mail) should be able to direct you.
Before contacting Apple, you might want to take a closer look at any connection between Apple and Amazon. To my knowledge, there is no connection between the two companies.

If you ever synced your phone with iTunes, you can find your serial number by doing the following:
Launch iTunes on your computer.

For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

At the bottom of many main pages in the Apple domain (like http://www.apple.com/support/) you will find a "Contact Us" link. Click on that to get various kinds of contact info, as well as a link that looks like a round country flag to change to country-specific contacts. when I open Aperture it has lost its registration information
and although I have the installation disk,
I cannot find the package with the license number.
Since I have already registered it with Apple,

Perhaps that you want to contact Apple Public Relations under section of Professional Applications - Aperture, and ask someone at PR office to direct you to the right contact person or staff or special dedicated 800 number to address registration of application.
Once you obtain your information from Apple, perhaps that it is a good time for you to gather all of your software applications, registration information, and put them all on spreadsheet (such as Excel) and lock the spreadsheet with password. Or the other option, you can put all information on PDF and lock it with a password.
Put it on two copy of DVD discs and a hard copy. Put a hard copy and a DVD disc at your bank's secured box. Then you know where to find it.

Click Continue

I don't think there are any easy ways to contact Apple through email. They usually require you to call them, and to be honest, their service is excellent so that might be your best bet anyway.

How do you contact Apple by email to report one of their pre-installed iPad Apps (ie Calender) is not working properly?
On trying to open month of March 2013 the pre-installed calendar just shuts down and closes. Have tried restarting iPad but this didn't help and because its a pre-installed App am unable to re-install it. Is this a universal problem or just affecting me? Tried searching for support in both App Store and on Apple site and can't see how to report this.
