How do we transfer Creative Cloud InDesign account to another employee?

An employee who used Create Cloud InDesign just left our company. How do we give access to this software to another employee? Is there a way to transfer the license to someone else?

I don't know that any files get stored at Adobe, though I have minimal experience with the Cloud producvts /subscriptions.

John, thank you for your reply. However, I went to that link and followed out several of the many branches. They all led me to "Forum" as the only contact option (including "Still need help? Contact us"). So apparently Adobe would prefer that I rely on other customers who may have similar experiences. I really would rather start a chat with Adobe support, but so far that does not appear to be an option. Is there another forum group that would be more appropriate for finding assistance for my issue?

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

I have just got a new desk top and I am trying to work out how to get The creative Cloud programs I use (light Room and Photo Shop) off my old Desk top and onto the new desktop. Does any one know how to do this or have already done it, or do you have to cancel the subscription on the old PC and start a new subscription for the new PC.

You do not need to cancel the subscription. You can simply follow the article: Creative Cloud Help | Download, install, update, or uninstall apps which will help you to install the Adobe CC application on your new PC.
If possible you can also deactivate the license from your previous computer using the article: Activation & Deactivation Help.

All 3rd party apps - all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the iTunes account used to purchase/download the apps. DRM cannot be transferred from one account to another.
Why did you get a new iTunes account? Changing your email address alone does not require doing so.

Here's a very basic method. Note that this is just pseudocode - you'll need to work out the actual code (I assume you've learned how in your course studies). Keep in mind this is a very simplified workflow - a real bank transaction would be MUCH more complex.

log into the other account and copy the pictures to some folder both accounts have access to like the folder /Users/Shared. then log into the first account copy the pictures from that folder to the first account. same with music.
P.S. don't copy the folder Music and Pictures themselves. copy what's inside.
