How do you add a Comment when editing a document in Word for ipad. I've subscribed to Office, so have full editing functions. Can Track changes etc in Review, but can't see how to add a marginal Comment.

Comments, like they are in Numbers for OS X, are not really supported in iOS. Normally, they rely on a mouse-over to read them. Since there is no mouse on the iPad, it stands to reason they are not there.
I believe Eric Ross's comments is more geared towards used said Numbers docs on iWork.com.

Just a tip...
I create folders in my Documents folder: "Word Docs", "Excel Docs" and "PowerPoint Docs".
No need for an "Outlook Docs" because that's all stored in the "Microsoft User Data" folder in your Documents folder.
Along with the video that Andy provided, you should be able to manage your Office documents well.

I have the form auto-fill as am add on. How do you turn it on when a form comes up for eg., a contribution?

Before I got Firefox, I would always click on a button once and my form would be filled out for contributions. I want to do the same with Firefox but have to fill out each form in staid of using auto-fill. How do you turn it on. I have the add-on it just does not seem to work.

That does sound messy and unexpected. Generally, property nodes should force an actual update synchronously. Are you sure the two are actually consecutive? Are they connected with an error wire or a reference? Can you upload a VI which demonstrates this?
If that doesn't help, you could try using defer panel updates. The ideal would probably be to call it once before and once after, but you might need to place it in between as well.

I can't be the only person to find it incredibly frustrating that it seems impossible to add a comment to a cell in beta. I use this function a lot on my ipad - is it really not available in beta?? And if not, why not??

Thanks for the question. You are correct, comments are hidden from all iWork apps when imported to iWork for iCloud beta. Please note that the current release of Numbers for iCloud is a beta version. Therefore, certain features aren’t yet supported.

How do you add a device when the sync box dosn't have the ADD DEVICE button?

I have a new laptop running windows 7, I downloaded firefox7 and on my old laptop, running windoes XP, I went to the sync box. there it told me how to transfer all my info to my new laptop. but on firefox 7 there is no ADD DEVICE button in the sync box.
so how can I sync my laptops?

How do you go to marker when there is a wait for mouse click between the markers?

Think this issue is resolved but to ensure the full answer is available, here it is.
First, it's a bad idea to use the Tempo channel at all. You can use a script to do anything that you can do there. I have Lingo alternates to the Tempo channel at:

So - DO NOT USE the Tempo Channel setting - Wait for Mouse Click or Key Press.
The above setting creates a type of pause that interferes with other interactivity.
Instead - use a 'Hold on Frame' behavior (from the Library Palette - Navigation category) or it could be written as:
on exitFrame
go the frame
end
Once you have the above behaviour in you desired frame, you can attach a sprite behaviour to your buttons / links. A good one to use is the ‘Jump to Marker Button’ behaviour in the Controls category of the Library Palette. You can attach this behavior to different sprites and just change the marker setting of the behavior, removing the need to have individual hard-coded scripts for each button.
Next – DO NOT link to frame numbers. Always link to a marker. You may insert or remove frames. This would cause your incorrect links since the frame number would no longer the right point.
Next – the following all do the same thing:
go to frame “markername”
go to “markername”
go “markername”
So, you can leave out ‘frame’ or even ‘to’ as they are not needed. I still use ‘go to’ as it feels more natural to me (just history).
or you could use:

Don’t use
go to marker “markername”
I think that did work at some point but not anymore.
marker can be used as follows:
go marker (-1)
Where -1 is the amount of markers back (could be forward as well).

How can I delete pages in a PDF document with Reader for iPad?

Is there a way to do this within Reader? I know you can do it with MAX PDF or PDF Splicer, but I was hoping for a native way to delete - for example - 2 pages from a 10 page document and then resave it to Dropbox, email it, or something along those lines...
I assume if you cannot delete, then you cannot merge 2 documents into one?

I figured the app might have that ability - considering you can add text, highlight, add a signature, annotate and draw - so my thought was why not delete a page, or rearrange for that matter?.. That should be an option, this way we don't have to export to one of the other apps to delete or rearrange..

BTW if anyone is looking - PDF Max can do all of the above and delete and rearrange. With PDF Splicer you can delete and rearrange as well, but it has no other features.
And as for Steve Werner whose comment was deleted after it got to my inbox, it is much more than a Reader, as you can plainly see from the amount of tasks the Reader app can do above.
