How do you backup with 2 users

Alright, I've been using Time Machine at work, it's been easy with 1 user.
Now at home I have my user account and my wife has her user account, both are admin.
How do I set it up for backing up.
How do you set it up so that it doesn't backup everything twice over like apps and documents we share?
Is there a way to Backup my account and then have only what is different on my wife's account be backed up?
Does Time Machine know how to do that on its own?
Any info or help would be great.

Yes, that's what it does. Time Machine is a system-wide app, not a user-level app.
It backs-up your entire system (OSX, apps, configuration, plus all users, preferences, and data) at once. You do not need to set it up (or run it) separately for each user.

I wanted to know how do you backup users emails? We have around 30 users and they are using Outlook 2010 & Thunderbird to access POP/SMTP emails from hosting email server. Since they are using pop so their emails are stored locally on D: drive of their
systems. I want to backup them on our file server.

If you are using Exchange you could try backup on Exchange server side.
Found a tool which could help us merge emails. Please see if it could be considered as a backup:

Not sure what you mean. Deleting a POP account only deletes the messages stored in the account’s mailboxes, not any messages stored in custom “On My Mac” mailboxes, if that’s what you mean. It’s not that Mail goes after your mail trying to delete as much as it can. It’s just that if a mail account is deleted, then its mailboxes cannot exist anymore...
That said, instead of deleting the account right away, you can just disable it (i.e. turn OFF Preferences > Accounts > Advanced > Enable this account), leave it that way for some time, and delete it only after making sure you didn’t miss anything while the account was disabled.
BTW, if you back up your data, and the ~/Library/Mail folder in particular, you won’t have to worry about accidentally losing anything as a result of doing something like that...
Note: For those not familiarized with the ~/ notation, it refers to the user’s home folder. That is, ~/Library is the Library folder within the user’s home folder, i.e. /Users/username/Library.

Hyperlinks in cells, how do you deal with it?

I've got the hyperlinks palette open (Windows menu / Interactive / Hyperlinks)
Selecting a cell (or a table), that I would like to be clickable in a PDF, disables the hyperlinks address text field:
Obviously hyperlinks from cells are not supported.
How do you deal with it? Do you put empty textboxed on top of each cell that should be clickable?

@Andreas – to choose buttons over text based hyperlinks would mean you can define the area that is responsive like you want (the size is the size of the button) and you could design different button states in different ways (color, images, what not…).
For the scripter in you: Hyperlink objects have no geometric bounds, Button objects have…
Just an idea:
Imagine a script that is scanning all cells of a selected table and if there are hyperlinks detected uses position, width and height of that cell to generate a button just on top of the cell (it could be well on a different layer above) using the information the hyperlink provides. Every time the table is changed by the user and the script is fired again, the old buttons are removed and new buttons will be built…
If there are more hyperlinks than one in a specific cell, the buttons will be built around the area the hyperlinked text will occupy…

A clone is a virtual copy of the entire internal drive that is placed on an external disk. In doing so, you can perform a simple restoration by "cloning" back the drive at any time, if it becomes necessary by drive failure or massive corruption. You typically use a third party application like Carbon Copy Cloner, or anotehr product like SuperDuper. I use Carbon Copy Cloner. It's free, and it works fantastic.

The easiest way that I have found is to open Outlook, go back to Itunes & select your phone.
Choose the 'Info' tab at the top of the screen & tick the box marked 'Sync contacts with' & choose Outlook from the drop down box.

How do you repair a user acct?
I seem to have a corrupt admin user acct.
I created another admin acct and the problem does not re-occur. I can open it by Command O and also clicking the finder.
All other GUI mouse functions appear to be working properly. This problem also exhibits itself on a Jump drive if it is mounted.
Additionally the "A" icon on the Applications folder mysteriously disappeared. It now displays just a plain folder.
I am on a MBP running 10.6.8

Everything else seems to be working fine.
I opened terminal and something is puzzling
it says:

This seems to refer to an older mac I have in my office.
It's not even on nor has it been for sometime.
My MBP that I am experiencing this issue with was never on the network when the G5 was in use.
The user name is what the G5 had but is not what this mac is using.
Very weird

Can you clarify what you mean?
If you're seeing multiple wifi networks as well as yours, that's normal. It will display any networks within range. It doesn't mean you're connected to them or that they're on your network.
