How do you cancel Creative Cloud?

Adobe will not allow me to cancel my service or my credit card. Does anyone know how to do this? Their instructions keep sending me in a circle. Their is no option to cancel my credit card. The chat option, which is suppose to be available 24/7 is suddenly not available when I want to cancel. The only other option is to come to the forum. It is absurd for subscription services to be this difficult to cancel. Any tips would be appreciated.

    You do not need to cancel the subscription. You can simply follow the article: Creative Cloud Help | Download, install, update, or uninstall apps which will help you to install the Adobe CC application on your new PC.
    If possible you can also deactivate the license from your previous computer using the article: Activation & Deactivation Help.

    ok so i seriously need help. so i was playing with photoshop about a month ago and i messed up all the settings so i got rid of it. (i didnt even have it for a whole day.) then, i wanted it again, so somehow i got it. but then smart me deleted it again because i made the same mistake. but i really want it back to use "a full 30 day trial" because i only had a chance to try it out for 8 hours before messing it up. so today, i made a new adobe account. and i cant get it back because that creative cloud is still on my mac. i tried everything to get rid of it and it literally wont work and i really want it back. PLEASE help

    You can try below steps to remove Creative Cloud completely from your MAC.
    1: Navigate to : Application/Utility/Adobe Installer
    2: Double-click an Adobe CC product to uninstall one by one.
    3: Follow on-screen instructions.
    4: Download and run Adobe Cleaner tool using below link.
    Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
    5: If you don't have any Adobe product installed on your computer, you can manually remove Adobe folders from below location.
         * Library/Application Support/Adobe
         *  Mac HD/Users/<user account>/Library/Application Support/Adobe
    6: Restart the computer once.

    What does "make our blog look better" mean? What blog? You cannot arbitrarily change the design of a blog without having knowledge of the underlying "Themes" and API and actually having access to those files, which for many free services is simply not possible.

    If you no longer want to use the membership on the older MacBook just launch an application, for example Photoshp, and choose Help > Deactivate. Your subscription is now deactivated on the older MacBook.
    Since you can be activated on two machines you could use both the old and new computers.
    On the new MacBook just sign in with your Adobe ID to the Apps page https://creative.adobe.com/apps. Click the Download link for an application you want to install and the first time the Adobe Application Manager (AAM) will install. You may be asked to sign in and accept a license agreement. After that the application will install. You can then install further applications from AAM.

  • How do I delete creative cloud so I can open CS6?

    I purchased CS6 in April, after canceling my subscription to creative cloud. And now a pop-up comes up when I try to get into my CS6 applications, telling me that I need to renew my creative cloud membership. So I am not able to open the CS6 files anymore. I've been told by somebody at Adobe that I need to delete the creative cloud applications and files from my computer to stop the pop-ups, however, I thought I had done this and now I can't find the creative cloud files anywhere on my computer. Am I missing something? I just spent a ton of money on CS6 and now creative cloud is preventing me from using it.

    After calling and recalling 6 different people at Adobe, I finally found a solution. It's too complicated to explain on here but what you should do is call Adobe and tell them that a pop-up keeps coming up saying you need to renew your subscription and that you need to figure out how to delete the creative cloud programs from your computer. They will have you go to utilities on your computer and uninstall creative cloud programs and then go from there. You have had yours a lot longer though so I don't know if you still have the serial number. I still had mine so when i re-downloaded the program i entered the serial number I had and it worked. The issue is that the creative cloud programs that I had once had on my computer weren't properly uninstalled and deleted so it was blocking my ability to use creative suite. I hope this helps a little. Definitely don't give up calling adobe because eventually you'll reach someone who knows how to solve it. This forum just is not supportive enough for this type of issue in my opinion. it's much better to have someone on the phone talking you through it.

  • Cancelling creative cloud.

    I've tried three times now to cancel creative cloud.
    the first time, by phone, to the 866-412-8699 number.which, after a laborious description of how to reset my password from the operator there, ended up with him telling to call 1-866-412-8669 and to tell them to cancel my account  (wtf??)..
    the second time,by chat, - or so I thought,but this morning.. it's still showing active and to expire in june 2014.
    and the third time (now) I'm stuck in chat being transfered to another chat ..which, since the chat window now doesn't  respond to input gives no indication of how long that might take. and since I have to go to work, might as well be forever.
    why is there no simple way to cancel creative cloud from the account manager  ??
