I am having a hard time trying to download free apps and iTunes is not letting me because it says that I need to use a different payment method. I was wondering if there is anyway to delete my previous billing/payment method, so I can purchase these apps for school purchases.

I just got an apple iPhone 5s...already had a verizon phone before this one. I tried to change my billing password the next day on the my verizon website, account profile, but it says I am my current billing password is incorrect and won't let me change it. I called *611 but they could not help with changing it on the website. They could manually change it over the phone but they didn't know why it wasn't able to change it on the website. Any ideas?

It should be an easy option, as easy as it is for you (removed) crooks to take my money. That's all too easy a few clicks away, but I just want to change my (removed) password and I have to start a (removed) blog?

after entering the credit card info and saving it, are you suppose to get an email to verify the credit card info, cause I have updated the info, then went on apple tv and it keeps asking me to verify the info. how long does it take to get a verification email. i waited an hour so far. could you help clarify

Ok, to be more specific, when I compose a new email and tap the blue "+" icon, it takes me to my contacts. My contacts list only lists the person's name, no email address. When I select a contact, it does not show the email address in the "To" field, only the name. Hope that clarifies my question. Thanks.

Thanks for replying again. I've got a little bit further thanks to you. I tried the US keyboard layout as you seemed pretty definte that it should work. This time I applied the setting and also started the language toolbar and selected it from there.
Hey presto, I've got the @ where it should be. Excellent.
However the single quote ' works in a weird way. When I press it, it doesn't show up on the screen. But when I press another key, I get the single quote plus the next key I press. When I press the single quote twice, I get 2 of them. This is also the same with the SHIFT ' key. i.e. for the double quotes.
Very strange. I'll look at other keyboards and see where that gets me.

Great question. The line access fees for the account are a set amount and can not be changed unless you are going from a basic to a smartphone or vice versa. If you are wondering about adding the month to month discount if you are out of contract Ann154 has provided great information on how to access and add the feature.

I've had my IPad for about 2 years now and I have bought a lot of apps since but all of a sudden it asks me to answer my security questions whenever i try to buy an app! You won't be able to change the rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.

Settings-icloud-scroll to the bottom, select delete, if you want to keep the content select keep, otherwise it'll remove it. Then once it is done add the account information for the account you want on that phone. Your apple ID in settings-store will remain the same and each device can still purchase/use content from that account.

Here is the information that you should follow when using DAQ with a Macintosh.
