Hey there I just got an Iphone 4 and I want to change the tone of text messages but online it seems you need to jailbreak your phone which I dont want to do as I need my warranty knowing how I am. Is this possible? Thanks?

I'm sorry; I shouldn't have said it. But I've seen your comment hundreds of times, along with thousands more about other features that people think the iPhone MUST have because their $10 Motorola had it 10 years ago. I should learn to just ignore them. But the thing is that readers of this forum are users, not Apple, and complaining about a shortcoming or requesting a feature here has no meaning and will not change anything.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I click the link to the apple Id page and it says resend security information to my email. apparently the end of my email ends with yahoo.com and whenever I log on to that it's yahoo.ca and I cannot find the email with the instructions to change my security questions!! You won't be able to change the rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.

Basically, you need to wrap the word in a <span> tag, and apply either a class or an inline style to the span. Duplicate your book and try to change the theme in the copy. Chnaging the theme may change the layout of your text fileds. That is why you need the copy to be able to compare the pages before and after.
Ctrl-click the book in the Source list and select "Duplicate".
Click the "Change Theme" button in the upper right corner of the Book pane, make sure, you have the same theme selected and the same size. Click Hardcover.

How do you change the tab outline color? I wish to use a black style on my test program but the tab features have a white edge on the top and left sides to try and give a 3d look. I've tried playing with the windows style but had no success. Does anyone know how to remove this or change the color? The closest I have got so far is setting a windows 7 basic theme which removes the 3d look. This does however give a white background on the tab pages which I cannot find a way of changing in either CVI or windows. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, this border is only customizable through the Windows theme. Changing the theme to the basic is likely going to be the closest to what you are looking for without creating a custom theme for Windows.

Hello,
To modify an existing calendar, go to Enterprise > Calendars. Then click on the calendar to modify and hit 'Modify', and make the desired changes.
To assign a different calendar to an activity, click on that activty, go to the General tab in the Activity Details on the bottom of the screen. Under the General tab, on the right hand side, there is drop down menu for Activity Calendar. You can change the assigned calendar for that activity with this menu.

I'm only guessing here since I don't use Facetime myself but I think it depends on the model number of the phone. iPhones sold by UAE operators have unique model numbers and these do not get the Facetime app installed at all. Even in India, if you update or do a clean reinstall, you still the UAE-branded OS.
Facetime is blocked because the voice and video goes over WiFi and this eats into the profits of the mobile operators. Most countries here in the Middle East block video and voice chatting over the Internet - not due to censorship - but because the government-owned operators here enjoy monopolies and want all video and voice to go over their networks for maximum revenue. I live in Oman where for example Skype is blocked simply because it is seen as a competitor to the government landline operator.

You can change it in Settings > Sounds > Ringer and Alerts (or with the buttons on the side of the phone if you have "Change with Buttons" turned on in that same section of Settings > Sounds).
Note that this change is not specific to the Alarm -- it will change the volume of incoming calls and other alerts as well as the alarm.
I have found it works better for me to set the sound at the volume I want it to be for incoming calls and then to find an Alarm sound that works best with that volume level. Without changing the volume, some Alarm sounds seem louder or quieter (or at least more or less irritating). You select the sound when setting the alarm and the sound selected will then be the default on future alarms.
