I have a apple account but i forgot my answers to my security questions and i cant buy anything if i cant answer them? Does anybody know how i could reset it?

Without a rescue email address, you can't reset them yourself. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

How do you change your security questions? Apple has changed everything once again and I HATE IT!!! I never had to use my security questions and now I do. How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
