How do you combine 2 iTunes accounts, 2 devices and 1 PC?

I have an iPod and an iPhone. I have 2 different iTunes accounts but want to be able to update and sync both devices on only one PC. Is that possible? And what are the steps in doing so? I don't want to lose any of my music on my iPod, but I also have some great music on my iPhone that I want to keep as well. In a perfect world I could transfer my iPod music to my iPhone. I don't want to screw anything up with either device but only have one computer, so really unsure how to do this. Thanks!

My partner's itunes account was hacked. She cannot get into it. Neither her id nor her password work. Apple has said they will put a "hold" on the account, but this renders itunes useless and it seems you can't start a new (second) itunes account on the same iPad/iPhone/iPod. Not sure what you mena by deactivate. You can deauthorise your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > Deauthorise This Computer menu option as mentioned on the page that you posted from.
If you want to delete an account then that is not currently possible, all you can do is remove any personal info form it and stop using it. But any content that was bought/downloaded with it will remain tied to it, so only that account can authorise its content on a new computer, redownload the content, and download updates to its app.
