I'm having problems with iPhoto and the facebook set-up.  Every time I attempt to do so it says an error has occured and try again later.  I have not seen a solution posted.  Therefore, how does one contact Apple to solve the problem?  I'm new to the world of iMac but I find it a bit frustrating trying to solve basic issues/problems:(

For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
    That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now.  They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.
    Thanks for listening,
    Melissa

  • HT2693 How do you contact Apple by email to report one of their pre-installed iPad Apps (ie Calender) is not working properly?

How do you contact Apple by email to report one of their pre-installed iPad Apps (ie Calender) is not working properly?
On trying to open month of March 2013 the pre-installed calendar just shuts down and closes.  Have tried restarting iPad but this didn't help and because its a pre-installed App am unable to re-install it.   Is this a universal problem or just affecting me?  Tried searching for support in both App Store and on Apple site and can't see how to report this.

How do you contact apple to get a song if you would like to get it?

You don't. If it's available through iTunes you can purchase and download it. If you have the CD you can extract it from the CD directly into iTunes.

  • HT3702 I purchased an app for my iPhone on 7/23 and was billed accordingly, however, today on 7/25 I was billed again though I have not bought any other app. How do I contact apple to rectify the problem?

I've been billed twice for a single purchase. How do I get Apple to rectify the problem?

You could either try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
Or you can contact iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

  • How do you contact Apple when you're deaf?

I was wondering if someone can help me please. I want to contact Apple about something to do with my iPad. hen I click the appropriate buttons on the website it keeps showing me a contact number or form to complete for Apple to phone me. This is where the problem is - I am profoundly deaf and cannot use a telephone (and no, there is no one to call on my behalf). I am wanting to know what buttons I have to press to chat with Apple online and also an e.mail address for them. Can any one point me in the right direction please? Thanks.

Why not post your issue here and see if we can help? Create a New Question with a cleverly crafted title and a detailed description of your iPad and the problem including anything that preceded its onset.
If you cannot find your help topic on this page > http://www.apple.com/support/ipad/ the [Contact Support] TOC choice on the left yields a variety of ways to 'narrow' your issue. Many lead to telephone support numbers however. Even the Contact Us Page (link at the bottom of every page here) has only one reference:
If you have a hearing or vision impairment, call (877) 204-3930 for direct access to Apple representatives who are trained in providing support using accessibility services.
(?) I am unsure how this would work (?)
If you cannot post your issue here in these forums, I fear you may need to try to navigate through this path - https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action - to get a Live Chat session (can be tricky because  of"qualifying" questions may not yield that Chat choice.
A visit to the Apple Retail Store Genius Bar (reservation required through the last link path) or an Apple Authorized Service Provider may be in order.

  • How do you contact Apple if you have an idea for a new product for Apple to use with their phone I want to send a photo

idea for Apple product how do you send your idea

See Apple - Legal - Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy
Basically they do not accept unsolicited ideas but if you insist on sending the idea to them they own it outright.   If the idea is that good you should look into developing it yourself. Then once it's a hit Apple may buy to from you.
    good luck

  • How Do You Contact Apple for Repair?

Hey i want to send my mac off for repair but i don't knwo how to contact them so i can send it off. Any suggestions?

The number to call depends on your location! Also, if you have one or more apple stores near you.
I live in the Philadelphia area, and we have 3 Apple stores within a 1 hour drive. On Sunday (12/31) the power supply died on my iMac G5. I could not get an appt at the nearest Apple store, but got one at the second closest. They told me that it would be 3 days to replace the power supply because they needed to order the part. I asked them to check other stores, and in fact the one farthest from me had the part. I drove there in about 1 hour, was seen immediately (the genius at the first apple store made an appt for me) and the repair was completed in 10 minutes, saving me 2 days, 22 hours and 50 minutes.
    Good luck!

  • TS2446 How do you contact apple and get a human?

My ID has been disabled by Apple and I can't contact them to get help. Changing passwords doesn't enable my ID.

If you are receiving a message that your iTunes account has been disabled and resetting your password does not resolve the issue, then you will need to contact iTunes Store Customer Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
Also, if by human, you mean phone support, then not likely. From what I've heard, iTunes support is strictly email.

Thanks for the info. I just woke up from a nap and discovered that I had received the very same email. Whoever this wannabe scammer is, he must be very young and stupid, because if you hover over the link in Apple Mail, it clearly says "http://kingofcostumes/apple/apple.htm". Being as it is so evidently a ruse, only very novice users are going to fall for this, at least I hope so.

  • HT201363 How do you contact Apple to get them to change your security question rescue email from one that is clearly not yours?

I have been trying to reset the email used in the Apple security info section of this site to an email address that is mine.  The one that is on file here is clearly not mine, but I have no way of changing it, because all information is being sent to the wrong email address.  Is there any way to fix this?

Ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
