How do you create a macro for Acrobat Convert Multiple Reports action in Microsoft Access

I have several reports in microsoft access and I've been able to combine them into a single PDF file using the Acrobat Convert Multiple Reports feature. Is there a way to create a macro for this action? I would like to create a time event for this procedure.
Any help I get on this is greatly appreciated.

    If you go to Settings > Notes > Default Account you will see "On My iPhone" as the default account and the only choice if you have not enabled syncing Notes in Settings >iCloud or Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. If you have enabled syncing you can still select "On My iPhone" as the default account. When you are in the Notes app you won't see any accounts listed if you have not enabled syncing because they are all in the On My iPhone account and that is the only place possible. It is not a folder that you create.

    Greetings,
    I am currently experiencing a road block and not quite sure the best way to solve it.
    I have Acrobat Professional 9.0 installed on Windows XP.  In conjunction with Microsoft Access 2007 I constantly use the Acrobat Add Ins, which are extremely useful especially the "Convert Multiple Reports" function.  This function works great when converting multiple MS Access reports into one PDF file (with bookmarks ), however I need to make this feature more seamless - using Visual Basic I cannot determine how to convert multiple access reports into one PDF file.  I am hoping someone has a solution to this?  I have thought about using SendKeys to access the Add In function, but this will not suffice since Send Keys do not function with consistency.  Is their a .dll function I can refer to as a reference?
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I've just tried that out, not perfect but definitely a great idea. Scrolling text will still be a bit painfull but I think we can live with that.
    I'll have to try it again at work with a faster WIFI as it was a bit slow on mine here.

    Hi,
    I don't know if Reader supports the onversion but you can easily check that : open an Excel file with Reader and check the result.
    With Acrobat Pro when you open a document using Acrobat then it's automatically converted. If this functionality is supported with Reader you will have the same behavior.
    Once it's supported you just have to open your document using Acrobat.exe (or Reader.Exe)
    My mistake I understood the opposite. To check that Acrobat Reader support the conversion you just have to check in the Reader interface.

    Ok so you go to the measure column in your request.
    --> Column properties
    --> Conditional format
    --> Add Condition
    --> is equal to 1 (or Y or TRUE)
    --> Edit Format
    --> Image
    --> "Custom Image"
    --> fmap:portal/iselected.gif
    That's just an example for getting the out-of-the-box tickbox. "iselected_off.gif" is the unchecked one.

Since it is my understanding that you can not revert back to an old OS once you install the new one, I am looking for a way to try out Mavericks. I have heard that partitioning the the hard drive could be an option, but I do not know how. Can someone let me know of the steps, the size to allocate, and the precautions to take?
    In addition, will a partition allow for me to: 1) keep everything as is and simply update my computer completely to Mavericks later, or 2) delete Mavericks and keep Lion and make my hard drive 1 entity again? Finally, how will I choose/switch between operating systems when I start & login to my computer? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Add a button to your page.
    Select it.
    Open the Inspector and choose the 2nd icon from the right.
    Choose "make link to file" and choose a file.

    It's recommened to zip the file. Then it automatically downloads instead of starting to play in the browser.

    If you use the 11g preview release, there is also functionality built into the product by default that will help you to build extensions (although I still recommend downloading the ESDK, since it contains the javadoc and a large number of samples).
    In 11g, you can access the new functionality using File->New->Projects->Extension Project.
