I have been wanting to get a separate iTunes account from my brother because he spends all of my money. The only problem is, I can't continue without a Credit Card or PayPal when I go to sign up for a new account. My parents refuse to let me use their credit card, and I am sick of my brother using all of my money.
When I signed up for my first account, I did not need a credit card. I have no idea what I did to sign up before, but I can't sign up for a new account now.
I really need the help because I am ready to lose it if my brother steals one more dollar from my account.

I just trying to buy several apps not available at my region using gift card.

sometimes I live in USE, sometime not. I have an USA address, but I don't have a USA credit card. Apple allows to have several apple IDs (see the link in my question). I don't want to make a card for only one reason - to by apps in USA appstore. I have a gift card and I want to use it, but seems that I can't because "None" type payment is not available anymore.

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

Where are you located?
Just go and buy an iTunes gift card at any store in your country.
Then follow all the steps you did, but when it asks you for the credit card number, there shoujld be a GIFT CARD option which will let you load your account witht eh funds form the gift card without providing a credit/debit card #.

Did you follow the instructions on that page exactly when you created the account ? They worked for me yesterday on my computer's iTunes when I tried them in response to another thread.
e.g. I logged out of my existing account and found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price'
I then clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
And after agreeing to the terms and filling in my details I was able to select 'none' as the payment method.

I have an iPad and an iPhone that share an iCloud account. I didn't realize when I got my iPad last year that when I signed up the iCloud on the device that it would share and use 5g of iCloud between the both of them. How do I unsync them and have two separate iCloud accounts? I don't care about sharing between them. When my kids put games on my iPad, I don't want them going on my phone. I am 17 years old. I don't have a credit card, debit card or nothing like that. I'm not going to buy anything off iTunes so why do I need to put in a credit card number? So what should I do?
